Super customer service in the Camberley store.
They store it for us until we were ready for delivery.
But I was most impressed by the delivery. They were punctual, polite and very careful and helpful.
All together a brilliant service.

I love the sofa I purchased it is exactly what I wanted. However the order wasn't placed when I discussed it over the phone and so there was a lengthy delay in receiving the sofa and I was thoroughly disappointed with the delivery. The sofa's were bulky and perhaps this should have been discussed prior to delivery. The delivery person stated that unless I signed the damage waiver he would leave the sofa's at the front of my property, I understand that issues arise if property is damaged but surely there is a better approach to this situation. I mentioned this incident to the owner and found him sadly to be quite dismissive.

We ordered a Dekton table and a sofa from Cadira and we couldn't be happier with the items delivered and the service provided. Justyna was extremely helpful and patient and it was a pleasure dealing with her. There was a delay with the table delivery but Cadira went out of their way to support us and they kept us up to date with everything and throughout the whole process. We were impressed with the customer service we received. Would highly recommend.

Bought a sofa and a sideboard from Cadira and couldn’t be more pleased. The quality of the products is second to none and the guys in the store really nice, they took the time to advise me, explain the differences between materials and finishes.
Every single person who comes to my house asks about both pieces and when I got them from, as they are stylish and elegant.
I am particularly happy with the sofa as I was struggling to find a comfortable one, with head support, which wasn’t ugly.
Highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants sophisticated and long lasting furniture.

Cadira and particularly Justyna have supported me brilliantly, from my first inquiry to the delivery of the dining table and chairs. She sent out all the fabric, table top and leg colour samples requested to make it easier to make a decision. Once I ordered the delivery came just within the timescale quoted, the delivery people brought all the goods in, unpacked, constructed the table and took away all the waste. I also asked Justyna if I could buy some additional fabric that was used for the dining chairs so I could recover my bar stools and she was able to help obviously at an extra cost. I am so happy, well done Justyna and Cadira

I bought a white Dekton table from Cadira. So upset and disappointed because it shows every little mark such as fingerprints and water marks from a glass etc. which means I'm constantly cleaning it. Justyna advised I use limescale remover wiped off with damp cloth and dried with paper towels. It certainly cleans the table but fingerprints etc are back as soon as someone touches the table. Also when the light is on I can see small fine silvery scratches all over it.
I will have to get rid of the table and buy one like I had before from Go Modern in Kings Road.

The Dinning Table completes our new Kitchen and Dinning room extension perfectly. We had spotted the Victoria Dekton table in a show at the NEC Birmingham and talked with Cadira by video call. They could not have been more helpful and saved us a trip to London. Justyna and the delivery team were brilliant. Many Thanks.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They delivered my sofa and it arrived with a black mark and a hole, after 4 weeks it finally got repaired. I kindly requested due to the inconvenience, I can please have my delivery cost back since this happened during this process which was admitted by the company, they also informed me that they have realised their packaging needs to be improved which of course does not help me. Throughout the 4 weeks every time I asked for my £120 delivery cost back, it would get ignored and I would get told 'please let us fix this and we will discuss this once complete', of course, once it gets fixed, I then get told they won't be refunding me. I have paid a lot of money for this sofa and don't expect this awful, stressful experience, they don't know anything about customer service, it's all about money with them. Trust me when I say you must AVOID, terrible terrible service. They clearly need the £120 so badly that they can't afford to refund me what I am rightly owed. If a service is not taken out correctly, why should I pay for this? The company who fixed the sofa also agreed I should get my delivery cost back, yet the company refuses.

We bought a Dekton round dining table from Cadira recently. The table looks great in our kitchen diner. It is very easy to care for as it doesn't stain and no mats or tablecloth required.
Cadira staff were very helpful when we went to their store looking for a table and after ordering the follow up service was excellent.

We bought a Xenon extendable dining table and Tania chairs at the Christmas Ideal Home Exhibition. These are top quality, well engineered products that I'd suggest will last forever. Excellent customer service, delivery within two days. Highly recommended.

We bought a sofa and it is awful.
Do not buy from this firm.
After a few years it has literally fallen apart.
The quality of the sofa build is completely out of context with the price they charge.
Steer clear of this firm........

I had been looking for a large dining room table and chairs for months. Nothing was quite right. Happened to stumble across Cadira and made the journey over as it wasn’t local to me but so glad I did.

Chose a Victoria table made in Dekton to our specification and I couldn’t quite make my mind up on the chairs they had in the showroom so they asked me what design I had in mind and they sent over more options and I got exactly what I wanted made up for a very reasonable price.

I would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic family run Company. Their customer service and genuine advice is what many other furniture stores I have visited could take a lesson from.

We purchased the Malia Ceramic dining table in “blaze grey” with frame FO3. Its absolutely beautiful and a stunning colour combo. The craftsmanship is clear and it was delivered and assembled in perfect condition.
We’re thrilled with it. Its even better than we had imagined.
The team at Cadira we’re so helpful with my enquiries and the overall experience was faultless.

We discovered Cadira quite by chance and are absolutely thrilled that we did. It’s a gem of a showroom with quality, well designed furniture. We ordered a 10 seater table and sideboard that we were able to design to our own specification. Delivery was made today and the results are stunning. The staff at Cadira were all charming and helpful. Delivery was as promised and the furniture assembled by The Cadira team. If you want beautiful furniture at reasonable prices this is the place to go. Thank you Pedro and all your team.

Poor customer service and flexibility.
Our sofa was delivered broken but we couldn't get any compensation nor fixing proposal.

I ordered a 10 seater dining table and chairs through Cadira at the grand designs.

The table and chairs arrived bang on time but I had to delay delivery which was accommodated without charge.

When the table and chairs were delivered, I was 100% satisfied with the way the delivery was set up in my house by the delivery individuals. The table and chairs are amazing and the quality is excellent! We are really happy with the purchase and well worth every penny.

We are now in the process of purchasing other items from Cadira.

Excellent service throughout the whole process and would highly recommend a Cadira.

We came across this family run furniture company at the Ideal Home Exhibition as we were looking for a dining table but did not have the correct measurements. Notwithstanding this, Team Cadira helped us making suggestions, giving us ideas and, finally, an indicative price which Pedro Fernandez promised to honour/match if we decided to go ahead.

Fast forward to the October, we visited the showroom armed with measurements and what we wanted; Team Cadira did not disappoint advising us and suggestions with our choice. We made our decision but before confirming the order wanted to take a sample of the table top we wanted home and they obliged. The final price was lower than the quote given at Ideal Home Exhibition.

On placing the order, we were told delivery would be in the second week of December which they honoured! We found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. The choice of table tops, sizes etc with the range of dining chairs is very wide.

Very happy with our table and chairs and thoroughly recommend you seek them out at any home improvement/exhibition show or visit their showroom.

I cannot fault Cadira. From the start in April, when we bought the table at the Ideal Home Exhibition, to delivery in December they were so helpful. Always prompt in replying to emails. We could not decide on chairs at the show but after looking around we could not find any we liked better than Cadira’s. We went to Surbiton in September and chose the material plus extra to cover counter stools. They kept everything from October until our flooring was laid and it arrived on the 19th just in time for Christmas. It looks fabulous.
