Calder Security Ltd Avaliações

I used Calder Security Limited to service my burglar alarm today and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The entire process from booking the appointment to getting the final invoice was exemplary. Their technician was named in the confirmation email sent to me 24 h in advance. He came nearly on time (10 mins delay during rush hour traffic between Wakefield and Huddersfield is acceptable), enquired what needed to be done and got on with the job of servicing the system and changing detectors that was recommended by another electrician. In fact, he believed one of the 3 I had asked for replacement was actually ok. He just rewired it. Guess whom I am going to call next year for the same job? No prizes for guessing.

Their charges were less than expected. I did not get a detailed quote in advance as I had used them for the first time and they did not know the set up.

A note of warning. There are many local security companies with Calder in their name. The company I used is Calder Security Limited based in Wakefield.

A huge shout out to Roy who has been today and serviced my alarm system

He did a very thorough job checking that every aspect of my system worked correctly
Thank you !

We contacted Calder Security at short notice needing a couple of keys cutting urgently, and Elisha was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Communication was quick and clear, she got everything organised straight away and made the whole process really easy for us. Super friendly, professional and genuinely helpful – exactly the kind of service you hope for when you’re in a rush.

Thanks again Elisha, much appreciated. We’ll definitely be recommending Calder Security and using you again in future.

Darran the engineer has attended our building to day and replaced two cameras and sorted other issues out. He had done a great job and all is working well and was very professional. 5 stars all the way!

Had a 6 camera install - 2no. 25m away from the house.
Sent Lee to do the survey - an installer - what a difference to others who sent salesmen.
So good at understanding the requirements for the property and so polite.
Took 2 days for install of very hard work and what a result !!!!!
Great work and very professional !!!!

We contacted Calder to see if they could fit an alarm system to our new warehouse and they were able to come out to survey the property quickly. They were very thorough and their quote was clear and extensive. They asked lots of questions so they could give us the best possible system and the engineer that came to see us was friendly and professional. Once we chose the system we wanted fitting, they were able to accommodate us very quickly and the engineer who installed the system was absolutely first rate. He went above and beyond during the installation and I cannot rate him highly enough. I highly recommend this company and we will be using them for other security needs moving forward.

Just used Calder Security Ltd to service my alarm. Roy was brilliant, very friendly, polite and professional. Nothing was too trouble and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

My cctv cameras suddenly stopped working properly and because I’m disabled they are a lifeline for me as the cameras are re layed to my family in case I have a fall or something goes wrong I called Calder security Gavin came out and after going through the all the cameras he found the fault but unfortunately it had to be ordered then Ben came out and got everything back up and running I must say both engineers were very polite and professional couldn’t fault them at all left everything tidy and I must say that the final bill was very fair indeed for the time spent on the job thank you Calder security Highly recommend

I had the CS mobile locksmith working on some locks at a new house; really helpful and straightforward service, from a company I first went to 40 years ago.

This company has been a saviour. My alarm stopped working. Called the office, friendly reception right away. Appointment booked within a few days.
