I have previously complained bitterly about my poor delivery times and inflexibility to add to an existing order.
Just spoke to Calor and it was a breath of fresh air.

Excellent delivery service
Elland Calor centre supply me on a regular basis. The delivery service recently through the winter season has been excellent mainly due to Sarah. Sarah keeps me informed of delivery schedules and is very proactive in contacting to make sure I get my orders in on time during busy periods or driver shortages.

I have been using Calor for 38 years now and have always had excellent service - I've never had to test their run out delivery service but would assume that would be carried out with the same attitude

Meter and Tank Upgrade
Calor upgraded our gas system with new meters and tanks. Darren and Theo, who carried out the work, were lovely lads. They kept us informed of everything that was happening and they were both very polite and friendly to deal with.
