I have been trying to reach a representative from CalTier for over five months now. There is no way to contact them through their website, and the phone number only allows you to leave a message.
I highly advise you to stay clear of CalTier.

Company will not respond ,,return calls over six months want my money refunded,,total scam company

These guys are frauds and assholes, hopefully on their way to jail soon. I have, or more accurately, had, over $77K invested with them. They stopped making distributions and communicating with their investors. No responses to my many attempts to inquire about my funds over the past two years. They failed to issue K-1's for 2025. Last week my account page showed I have $77K with them. Today it said $0, then my account page froze. Then they locked me out of my CalTier account page by saying my password was invalid and failing to give me a way to change my password. These MF'rs need to be prosecuted and jailed for securities fraud. DO NOT INVEST your money with CalTier!!!

This company has been out of service for weeks now and I have few thousands dollars in it and now platform is saying unavailable and telephone number doesn’t work! The worst business and company to get involved in! Please be very careful of this company

I invested 2500 with this company and stopped 2 years ago. I have requested a refund for over a year and half. No one has bothered to return my call or email and it’s impossible to get anyone in the phone. I did not receive any returns on my investment and now the balance owed and profile is erased. This company is a fraud and needs to be reported. Do not invest with this company.

I have invested about $2000 in this company. In 2024 I did stop investing any more money. In March 2025, I have requested the refund of my money. More than one year after, I still cannot get my money back. This is terrible. People can hold other's money as they want. This is a shame for something like this happening in the United Statres.

I recommend extreme caution and careful review before investing in this company. Indeed, based on my experience (outlined below), I would recommend avoiding this company entirely.

Platform Investments:

• I invested $700 in the CalTier Fund I in 2022. I have not received any return from that investment, and the fund has since been paused.
• I invested $5,000 in 2024 in a CalTier Reg D Convertible Note. There have been no payments by the company.
• I invested $25,000 in a Convertible Note (506b) on March 11, 2025. The offering promised returns would start in 12 months (March 11, 2026). Based on the company's track record with my other investments, I have little to no expectation that these returns will be made.
Note: The total of the investments above is $30,700. This agrees with the company's total for my account; however, some investment details do not appear on statements even though the amounts are reflected. It is, of course, always a concern if the record-keeping system of any company is not 100 percent accurate.

Separate Note Agreement:

I spoke with the then-CEO about the Caltier Fund I in mid-2025. He explained that the pause was due to issues they were having with the SEC and that they needed funding for legal fees, etc. I agreed to help them via a short-term promissory note for $25,000 (separate from my platform account). The note specified an interest rate and payment schedule.

The company failed to make any payments of principal or interest within the timeframe specified in the note. In November 2025, we restructured the note so that three payments of $10,000 would be made, in December 2025 and in January and February 2026.

The December payment was not made, and there has been no communication from the company about that missed payment.

I have spoken with the current CEO on a few occasions after the initial repayment of the note was not made, but have received only vague explanations and more promises that have not been fulfilled.

In short, as of January 2026, I have received $0 in returns or repayments for any of the $55,700 I invested and loaned.
