However within 12 hours I heard from Jeff & we then exchanged several emails over the next 48 hours & our trip was seamlessly booked - the dates, exact van etc were supplied. Uns hat Jeffrey von Campervanfinder betreut um ein geeignetes Wohnmobil für unsere Australientour zu buchen. Wir hatten viele Fragen und Änderungswünsche welche immer umgehend beantwortet wurden. Die Kommunikation ist auf Deutsch, was sehr angenehm ist. Am Ende war die fachliche Kompetenz, die schnelle Erreichbarkeit und der gute Preis ausschlaggebend für unsere Entscheidung bei Campervanfinder zu buchen.
Wir fühlen uns bei Campervanfinder gut aufgehoben und freuen uns auf unsere Wohnmobiltour durch Australien.

They were very good when it came to booking what I needed for my holiday however when my dad suddenly passed away and I needed to cancel my booking they immediately asked me to pay 25% of the whole price. They do not have any compassionate terms in their policy. I was able to have accomodation and flights reimbursed but not the camper. Just a kick in the guts while already grieving.

JEFFREY is a great guy ! he is running after me already 3 years! very good service .

We had so many questions, we hesitated quite a lot, yet Jeffrey really helped us with everything. He was always patient. He was precise, he gave us good recommendations, the prices have been fair (I checked!). Actually this type of service was amazing! Thank you so much!

Despite being on the other side of the world, Jeffrey was able to provide us with almost real-time responses. He was very patient, and provided options for each of our travel plans - with different start locations and dates.
