ich habe 2 Wohnmobile über Jeffry gebucht.
Mir wurden verschiedene Mobile nach vorheriger Absprache angeboten. Es wurden ohne Nachfrage diverse Versicherungsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt.
Auf meine Nachfragen zu ein paar Details bekam ich kurzfristig, teilweise nach Nachfrage bei Apollo, eine Antwort.

Wir haben für unsere Australienreise ein bestimmtes Wohnmobil gesucht. Bei vielen Anbietern war dieses nicht mehr verfügbar. Auf Empfehlung einer Freundin, die schon häufiger bei Campervan Finder gebucht hat, haben wir dann dort nachgefragt.

Die Unterstützung und Beratung waren wirklich hervorragend. Die gesamte Kommunikation verlief problemlos, und alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Zusätzlich haben wir noch einige Tipps für die Reise mit dem Wohnmobil erhalten. Letztendlich hat es auch mit dem von uns favorisierten Wohnmobil geklappt, obwohl andere Anbieter uns eine Absage erteilt hatten. Vielen Dank dafür. Aufgrund unserer guten Erfahrung können wir Campervan Finder nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich habe unverbindlich eine Anfrage über ein Wohnmobil und Mietauto gestellt.
Jeffrey hat jedoch meine Erwartungen erheblich übertroffen und mich überzeugt die Buchungen über Camperfinder abzuwickeln. Da ich erst in 4 Monaten zu meiner Reise aufbreche, kann ich noch keine weiteren Informationen abgeben. Norbert

Campervan finder was extremely helpful, in particular James. He was able to accomodate me with all my requirements and found me the best price. I would recommend their services and will definitely use them again.

Beware this company. In the background this is a KIWI company and international fees for money conversion are added.
On the surface everything seems fine but there is minimal communication and exhorbident fees. READ all infomation before you take the plunge with them. I had to cancel for valid medical reasons that were completely ignored. As a result they would not refund my deposit and added additional "cancellation fees". I was out of pocket over $1000.
To add salt to the wounds, I should have read the writing on the wall, when they stuffed up the booking and delayed availability of a vehicle by two weeks with no compensation to me. But they certainly want their money for nothing for cancellation. BEWARE!!!!!!

I have just booked my van thanks to Gust on Campervan finder. He listened to my needs and was quick to respond. Can't wait to get to New Zealand and start this journey!
