absolutely vile
The most disgusting smelling item i’ve ever had. The smell of this stuff made me feel physically unwell after only a patch test. The smell lingered for about an hour too, couldn’t get rid of it. Save your money and do not buy unless you want your house smelling like a sewer or rotten eggs.

Smells awful 🤮 + doesn’t work at all
Doesn’t work at all and the blueberry one is awful, smells awful. why say you sell scented sweet ones when they smell sewage/eggy
And I’ve noticed a pattern a lot of customers have also said the same thing as me. This product is awful! Yuckkkk

The smell is disgusting!
Is not scented at all - it smells absolutely rancid, like sewage (which is a huge disappointment because I pre-ordered for the whole strawberry scent thing as I know standard hair removals have a bad smell which i was trying to avoid). Not only that, the product did not work at all. I tried twice, once with the allocated time, another time waiting longer but still it did not work.
Given this was a preorder and I had to wait months and months for it to finally be released, this is not a great result. Would not recommend.

Smells really horrible
Smells really horrible, not like blueberries at all. Didn’t take any hair off whatsoever even with the allotted time. Also tried for longer and it did not work.
Used it on my armpits and legs, for a third time to try again and the product is completely done now (did not even get to finish my entire leg), and it still did not work.

Can broke, smells horrid
Ordered this months ago and it wasn't arriving so I asked them to cancel my order. Heard nothing back. It's just arrived today and got one spray out of the can before it broke. This stuff isn't cheap either.
It also smells just like every other hair removal cream, not like strawberries at all.

Preordered back in March, spent £32 ish on the website. Said it would be sent out in June. The start of June comes and I've tried to contact via the web form, have Dm'd and commented on tiktok and had no reply. I just want my product and am hoping I haven't been scammed. Customer service is 0

Absolutely was so impressed with this! It worked so well I have quite thick dark hair being a brown skin girl It was so easy to use and the hair come off really well. I’ve tried a lot of hair removals in the past but this doesn’t even come close

Several signs of being a scam.
Be careful pre-ordering from this brand. Several indications that it is a scam:
Facebook comments saying how amazing it is, all from profiles created on the 3rd November 2024.
Previously registered as "TantasticUK" on Companies House who were initially struck off.
Owners appear to be the same owners as Curve Media Group, who are heavily affiliated with the "It's All" brands on Instagram (e.g. itsallgirlyy) which are advertising them now. In the comments one of the owners Dane is commenting saying his girl got a sample at their pop up shop etc as though he's nothing to do with it? Just dodgy.
Company email address is a Gmail one, not professional and a very common indication of it being a scam.
This product doesn't appear to have been sent to ANY influences etc ahead of launch, very unusual, it's the most common marketing technique nowadays.
The website:
- All of the social media buttons link to Shopify, not any Candy Creams socials
- PayPal button is un-clickable
- Fake images (e.g. the armpit hair image is easily found on Google)
Maybe it's a marketing technique to create all the fake profiles etc, but it's a terrible one if it is. Much more likely to be a scam!
(Edit: Since originally posting my view, I noticed the countdown is STILL on 1 day 26 minutes, as it was 4 days ago. The owner has left a review saying this is an unauthorised page, yes, when I wrote this review there wasn't a TrustPilot page for it so it asked me to put the website I was reviewing and automatically generated the name. My review stands.)
