I like the sweets, but I was disappointed with the time it took to deliver them

Order placed 8th August it is now 21st August and still haven't received goods .
They say short staffed still can't tell if been dispatched poor show won't be using them again

Still waiting for delivery or any update about a refund after almost 2 weeks. Probably save your money or go to a reliable company

WARNING DO NOT ORDER From this company, I placed my order on the 29th July and have still not received it, I received an email from them asking if I was happy with my sweets, emailed them and said I haven't received it yet, they said sorry it will be with you shortly, that was last week and still no order, I asked for a refund if my order hadn't been processed but they replied stating it was an automated ordering system and wasn't able to cancel. I've been messaging them every day for the last week and getting no reply, customer service is non existent, had to score 1 star as it won't let me score less, I'd give it minus 10 stars if I could

I would love to do a review but as yet i haven`t recieved my order.

The chocolate had melted into a solid lump, the all sorts were stale and the jelly beans were discoloured and hard.
Not a good buy.

The sweets were good however they got my order wrong and over charged me. I had some email back and forth but ultimately they didn't resolve the issue.

I have placed an order and it has not arrived yet - had an email on 11/08 saying it was on its way order placed on 10/08 number Order #123877

Truly awful have not received my order no communication nothing. Today’s date is the 18th still nothing.

I have not received my order despite receiving emails stating it has been delivered, when I email I just receive an automated response and there is no telephone number to contact the company. I advise proceeding with caution if ordering from here, I will also be reporting this organisation to facebook, instagram and tiktok

My order from 11 days ago has still not arrived despite various emails to them.
I have now requested a full refund from PayPal. Stay away from this company, too many bad reviews and tiny packets of sweets, complete rip off.

I ordered on 7 August and had an email to say there were problems. I had an email to give me details of a link to check delivery. That said being prepared on 10 August and handed to Courier on same date. Courier has had it for 8 days and I am still waiting for it

Everything was stuck together.Fudge came out packet stuck and in lumps. I assume that sending the parcel in this heat was the cause of problems.The actual product was 👍👍.

I put in for a £30 order 2nd August and I still have not received anything from this company 🙃 I am now taking it further
