In my opinion, this is a pretty good store! I shop here about once every 1-2 months.

I've ordered candy from Candy Warehouse 4 or 5 times despite the fact that the Tootsie Roll Pops I order are often cracked, oddly shaped, or have almost no tootsie roll inside the pop. This was the case with my most recent order. I did add filled Twizzlers and mini peanut butter cups as well. The Twizzlers were fresh and tasty, but the peanut butter cups (200 of them!) are dried out and the chocolate is white and discolored. This will be my final order from this company.

I received my 2 products from candyware house and the christmas tootsie rolls i received are so hard i can barely bite into it. I have had these fruity chew tootsie rolls before and they are usually chewy and easy to eat. There are individual packages and i am feeling all of them very hard. I opened one package and all of the tootsie rolls are like that.. not just one or two. Its so hard its not fun to eat.
It looks like its been sitting in their warehouse for years.
I was very disappointed as this was my first time ordering from your website.. and i cant even enjoy my favorite candy which i bought in bulk and its all hard and stale

I ordered a product, it was delivered when expected. The candy was in horrible condition. There were 60 of them and they were all broken. I submitted a review and my review was rejected by their review panel because it wasn't favorable. Initially it was a 3-star review but they were extremely difficult so I've now downgraded them to a 1-star. Eventually, they refunded my money and I will never order from them again. It's not worth the hassle.

Quick and Easy to order from. Got what I needed when I needed it.

The candy I ordered was delicious and I enjoyed it tremendously and customer service is awesome

Most of which was inedible or tasteless. Embarrassed that I sent teenagers home with garbage as a thank you for coming to a Sweet 16 party; when I realized how bad the candy was, we trashed the remaining bass.

Excellent company to deal with. Ordered chocolate in July. It was delivered in 2 days

I normally don't leave reviews after only a single order but they have been emailing me at least once a week and I just want them to stop.

A day or two after placing my original order, I was contacted and told that in fact, they were out of stock of this candy. After checking the stock count on the website which said 10+ I told the representative that I would gladly take another version of the candy which also said they had 10+ of. They then told me that they also did not have this candy and offered something completely different. I wasn't going to swap the M&Ms that we wanted for smarties. Smarties are good but it's not even chocolate. Thanks but no thanks. I don't mean to rant, but they wont leave me alone about leaving a review so here it is.

It may not be a bad company and I am basing my review on one single failed transaction, but I am not planning to order from them again.
