Do not buy from this website. Although on Google it looks like a reputable company, with an address, business logos and a relatively professional website. This is not legit. In terms of customer service, there isn’t any. According to gov.co.uk Robert Bruce Canning whose role is Director of Canning Interiors LTD. Canning Interiors LTD is a dissolved company, which is still actively processing live orders with no customer support and according to other reviews is not reliable at all with their services, despite their eye catching company logos. Please suspect any highly rated reviews with no context to be unlawful and untrustworthy.

Didn’t check out the reviews of this company before I bought off their website.
Wish I had .. bought furniture recently.. item not delivered in 3 1/2 weeks.
Tried calling them … they don’t answer the phone.
Tried emailing .. got no response

Company is owned by a guy called Robert Bruce canning …

I got my money back my bank… now Lloyds are chasing him and his company .

His website mentions his company has 50 years experience in the business yet his company was set up in 2022…

Dodgy .. don’t buy from this guy or his company … personally I think it’s a scam ..

If I could give negative stars I would as you have to give at least 1 star to post a review. I cannot state this enough, do not use this company!! After placing a substantial order there was no communication and after me attempting to contact on various occasions and different methods I eventually received an email stating I would receive a refund. This has never been received and all follow up communication from me is now being ignored. This is now in the hands of my credit card company.

Do not order from this company.
Zero contact about purchase. Tried to make contact, not one of Telephone numbers worked. No reply to emails. Had to get my bank to intervene to get my money back. Unbelievable, how I fell for this. Lucky escape!

Apparently the advertised price was wrong so my order was automatically cancelled. As a first time customer I was very disappointed that I will have to look elsewhere for the item.

Ordered what I thought was a bargain. Cancelled the order and refunded me. Now want me to rate them haha.

Awful company, took my money for plants I ordered, never delivered, no way of contacting them, tried everything. They post their own reviews on Facebook to make it look like they are trading.

I would like to give this company no stars!! DO NOT ORDER from them. Placed an order on 24th August for an in stock item and it never arrived. Tried all forms of contact by telephone (numerous numbers), email, and WhatsApp with no response. Fortunately I paid using PayPal and claimed my money back through their dispute service. Avoid Canning Interiors!

Avoid this company at all costs.

This company have not heard of customer service.

Ordered item 3 weeks ago - with an advertised 3 day delivery.
Still no sign of item.
Made multiple attempts to call company to cancel order due to delay, but either get voice mail or engaged tone.
Tried emailing and web chat, but no response.
Now trying Citizens Advice to see what options I have to get my money back.
All in all a very frustrating experience and a huge waste of time.

Ordered a sideboard unit over 3 weeks ago. Delivery was 3 - 5 days. Still no delivery and no response to e-mails regarding delivery. Will now initiate dispute through paypal to get my money back. Disgusting lack of customer care from Canning Interiors.
