Love the abundance of options and for an affordable price!

Absolute sham.....Beware that despite all the classy ,quality marketing photos they have on their site IF you don't read every bit of banner writing or fine print what you'll end up with is a crap DIY craft kit full of dozens of low grade pine pieces that your then expected to build. Stay clear.....they make Temu look transparent and top quality which isn't easy.

Horrible product. The frame and canvas is like flimsy paper and doesn't last more than afew months before it starts buckling. Utter rip-ff !!

BUYER BEWARE!! Wish I would have seen this site before ordering my $100+ order. I placed my order on 2/11/25. Today (3/19/25), it was received. OVER A MONTH. Their site says "fast shipping" -- one month+ is NOT fast. Their site also shows a picture of a black framed canvas. So imagine my surprise when a tiny package arrived. Inside was a rolled up canvas and four individual pieces of what looks like balsa wood! Not even black! apparently, you're supposed to "stretch" the canvas over the individual pieces of wood?? Do I want to "complain" to the owner of false advertising??? Well, after dealing with them for over a month and being treated poorly .... nah, not really. I'm done wasting my time. They should be ashamed of ripping people off!!! Nice business model you got going there "Canvas Castle." Oh, I'm sorry - "the third largest printing company in the nation" as they told me. I'd like to consider them an absolute FRAUD!!! When I emailed inquiring about my "fedex express order" I was told to not email them again. Did I threaten to sue? You betcha. People should not get away with such sham business practices.

Speedy timing (even with a custom large frame). Customer service was fantastic and quick. The art arrived perfectly packaged and looks amazing.

After receiving my canvas, I felt like I had been deceived. In my opinion, as well as others I asked, the quality of the product is poor! The 30 day money back guarantee that shows on the homepage of the website was deceptive. They make you think that if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. However, as they stated in the fine print, that was intended for damaged items. Customer service finally agreed to a refund, but I would have to send it to Auckland, New Zealand. That was cost prohibitive as it would have been more than the price of the print. Again, the website shows a location in the USA, however I was informed that address was not meant for returns. I spent at least 6 hours trying to resolve this issue with customer service and drove to 2 different shipping centers without success. I feel so taken advantage of, frustrated and deceived. I will not purchase from them again! I will not recommend Canvas Castle to anyone!

Ordering was simple. The quality of the artwork is the best I have seen. We hung our first print yesterday and we are so impressed we will definitely be ordering again. We just have to decide on which print to order. The choice is so vast

I recently purchased a canvas art piece from Canvas Castle. The same piece was also available from Amazon in a slightly smaller size.

When it arrived, I was shocked to see it was a rolled up canvass. The one from Amazon was mounted on a frame ready to hang. I was offered a "reduced price" on a "do it yourself" frame that would necessitate I assemble the frame and stretch it out onto the frame. I didn't feel comfortable with attempting that.

I told customer service representative I wanted to return the piece under their stated 30 day return policy. The representative ( CC) was very evasive about the return, even though I told her it was unopened.

After several contentious emails back and forth the representative (cc) gave me an address in NEW ZEALAND ,and said if it didn't arrive in 30 days there would be no refund. I asked why I couldn't send it back to the address on the package? She said that was a USPS distribution center address only and not an option. No other return address was offered besides the New Zealand address.

It is my belief that the 30 return, stated in their advertising, is not a genuine option. Good luck if you choose to buy anything from them; I wont!

Total scam. You can look at the five star reviews and see that they are fake. One person gave a five star review because the website was easy to navigate. Lol

They send poor quality prints that are blurry and and have poor color. The DIY frames are cheap and flimsy. They have no customer service phone number (that should tell you all you need to know) and the guy who responds to emails is a clown. Buy from them at your own risk, but if you read this review, you can’t say you weren’t warned.

I had been looking for a LARGE canvas for my living room wall. The last artwork I bought was laughable on the big, blank wall. Canvas Castle came up on my targeted ads and I was skeptical at first. The prices were cheap. I wanted the largest size available in a beautiful poppy picture, but there was no frame available for that size. It said to email customer service for a custom frame order. I figured that would be a good way to tell if this was a real company with real people or not. Not only did they respond within a day, but they set up a link for me to purchase the frame whenever I was ready. Yall. The frame was shipped with my canvas and you cannot convince me that it was not made a bazillion times before. All the pieces were the precise correct size, unlike when you order furniture online and hope everything lines up correctly or close enough for you to force the piece together. It took me and my husband about an hour to assemble the frame and pin the canvas on it. The link included with the frame did not work, but I was still able to find the tutorial video by searching Canvas Castle on YouTube. I could definitely put another one together much quicker now. I need to print out pictures of my kids to hang on the walls, but I may just keep buying canvases from here instead. 😂

Quirky, funky and sure to lift your spirits every time you see the art on your walls. Guests regularly comment on the great art that has lifted our house to art-gallery levels. So many ask where they are from, and we have no hesitation in recommending Canvas Castle. Every one is a gem.

Waste of money and scam!!!

Cheap flimsy quality wood with no glue. On the sales pages says nothing about DIY frame. Customer service beyond a joke. Avoid avoid avoid!!
