So far the order seems to go smoothly… As long as it arrives on time.

Sounds like a good deal until you get to the cost of shipping. I understand it costs money to ship anything but, maybe throw your customers a bone once in a while and pick up the shipping.

The products are great however shipping costs after 3 orders was not so great.
You're system should pick that up and provide free shipping on orders with discounts.

I was not happy at all with the shipping process. ups screwed up the delivery and then I call s you guys a week and a half ago with the address again. Said it would be reprinted and sent out immediately. Still not received because you put the wrong address on not again and sent it out!!!!!

I have ordered several canvas portraits from this company, in various sizes. They always look professional and well made. I would spring for the upgrades, as they are worth it! (Gallery wrapping, coating to prevent scratches, hanging hardware). Arrives quickly and VERY well packaged.

The pictures jist had to much light in them and didn’t look great.
