Misleading Site & Unhelpful Staff
We bought tickets for the city tour looking forward to learning more about Mexico City's history. Their website stated that the tour was available in English however once aboard it was clear that this wasn't the case. We spoke with an agent via WhatsApp who informed us that we needed to scan a QR code in order to access the recorded commentary via our own headphones. The only issue being that the website mentioned nothing about bringing headphones with us!
They then advised us to speak with Gerardo at the end of the tour and they would help resolve things. Unfortunately they only offered to extend the time on our wristbands into the following day, however this was no use to us as we had prearranged plans.
The experience left a bitter taste in our mouths, the very least they could have done is refunded our tickets but the agent we spoke to made it clear that this wasn't an option. I hope that moving forward they update their website with the correct information so that other non-Spanish speaking tourists are robbed of the opportunity of learning more about this vibrant city and its culture.
