Brilliant communication and excellent customer service, my awning arrived damaged due to the courier service, I reported the damage to car and caravan, and they sent one out the next working day, cant thank them enough, Josh and David were brilliant with communicating and keeping me up to date with the process, highly recommend this company

Very disappointed with the service received today. I had 3 persons and we drove 5 hours to pick up 2 vans and I was never made me aware of the damages in van which were discovered today. When I asked for the damage to be fixed or have money of to pay for the damage they refused. Very poor service considering the distance travelled.

Very poor experience. Test drove a van. Wheel bearing was noisy which salesman flatly denied but I though ok I can sort that. Purchased. Within 10 miles every engine management light came on.
Returned it to them who greeted me with “well we didn’t know it would do it did we”.
Numerous weeks and emails and virtually no contact from them and threat of court action before money returned.
Their attitude seems to be “we sell a lot of vans so don’t care if the customer is happy or not as another one will be along in 5 minutes”
Save hassle and buying a vehicle which is unfit for purpose and shop elsewhere.

Very disappointed in my experience with this company upon purchasing an awning for my van.off them no clarification of postage after 4 days I contacted them 3 times and no response only to find after I asked for a refund they finally confirmed that order hadn't been posted so be aware of this when ordering I asked for a partial.discount for hassle I have had they refused. postage is not very reliable I am now waiting for a refund which can takes up to 10 days before I buy elsewhere

Went to view a Ford Ranger with little intention to purchase, however after speaking to Shaun and the team at Car and Caravan 45 Minutes later I'm driving home in my 21 Isuzu D-max having paid a small deposit and financing the balance - GREAT Experience from start to finish!

Sold unroadworthy van..won't give back deposit..worst garage ever...now putting them in court... Wish I'd paid more and gone elsewhere...wish I'd read the huge amount of bad reviews listed before buying from these folk....

This is a brilliant company! My first purchase was a bit nervous as I'd never heard of them but they had the right product at a great price - an easy purchase and fast delivery with good comms of perfect product made me happy I tried. I've since made several other purchases, all cheaper than mainstream suppliers (even if the primary provider gives free next day delivery). Certainly a company I check for outdoors type purchases (Bodyboards, Dry Robes, Headtorches, clothing etc.) before buying now!

Ordered a Fiamma roll out awning, which was delivered bang on time. The product was strongly packaged and in perfect condition. The price was very competitive. All-in-all, the whole process was easy and did everything it said it would. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use them again.
