False Advertising

Site says 30% Black Friday sale sitewide. When I enter promo code “ certain items not included.” No discount. Does sitewide not mean entire site? So disappointed. I’ve been watching a sweater I love and have never bought anything from this company but was excited to have a new have a new clothing company which appeared to have quality clothes from which to shop. Time to move on I guess... false advertising.

Customer service sucks

Customer service sucks. No one is ever available to answer calls and email messages are never answered. I made a return and it took a month to get refunded.

Inefficient return service

Slowest return process I have ever encountered. I guess they aren’t willing to pay for a fast service it’s looking like my item won’t be in their warehouse for 2 weeks, I’m across the country not across the globe that’s ridiculous. And then the additional wait time for them to scan it and process the return. Should be so much fun. 😑

Returns are the worst! Just want my refund.

Returned three items on 11/2 and one on 11/3.. Two were refunded 11\10 finally! All I want is my money back so I can move on.
11/12/20 Update: One item returned was delivered on Monday. Its Thursday evening and still no refund. The other return is still out there somewhere.

Returns are Awful

Returns are awful. Since they don't offer size exchanges, I had to return my order and repurchase. The issue is that I sent back my return on Oct 20th and they have still not picked it up from the post office. The estimated arrival is Nov 9th. I just want my refund! I don't want to wait a month with 2 charges on my account for this.

Carbon38 Do Better and Give Me My Refund

I ordered from Carbon38 on September 7, 2020 in the amount of 291.92. The four items didn't fit my wife and I sent them back in the same bag they came in with the printed return label from the website. The tracking number has told showed me date of return has been pushed back now until October 22? I called last week and after 38min being on hold, the pleasant customer service rep on October 8th told me they received the goods on October 6, 2020. The tracking number doesn't make sense then. And there is no reason it should take a month to get my refund. I literally sent the items back to you two days after receiving them.

Please give me an explanation before I consider the next step and disputing the transaction with my CC Company. It's not even about the $$$ anymore it's the principal. How do you expect to keep customers if the easy stuff can't get done?

FIRST TIME SHOPPER (and last)

Order was cancelled after 6 working days, which I only found out after I emailed customer care to get an update. Apparently they needed to run a security check where I needed to upload personal documents on to a “secure site”. Then I’m able to re-order everything - assuming of course that the items are still available.

Possibly one of the worst online retail experiences I’ve had to date.

This company is beyond terrible

This company is beyond terrible when it comes to shipping and return. Don’t expect your refund , they use the worst possible return shipping arrangement. I dropped off the return at local usps with the shipping slip provided by this company, and usps told me that the shipment is via fedex actually, 1 week later when the fedex tracking showing the return is at local office at destination- the delivery was not arranged because the receiver will pick it up... Well, today is Oct 8, the return is sitting at destination fedex office, carbon 38 website is showing the return will arrive on Oct 16... I guess they will let the package sit at fedex local office for 8 more days... Ridiculous , never ever going to buy anything from them anymore and will for sure spread the word.

Iv bin trying to reach out to carbon for weeks final after 2 hour wait time I got someone on the phone they charged my gift card 168 usd and then canceled my order never refunded my giftcard and didn’t notify me the order was canceled so I got a hold of them finally today then said they was gonna credit me a store credit never did and now my gift card money is gone and I also never got a item cause the order was canceled before ever shipping it I don’t no what kinda scam this is but it’s so fraustrating Iv contacted them threw email social media and phone with no resolution and no return calls 4435148365 is my cell phone if someone could reach out to me about this

Return shipping takes 3 weeks? HOW? Where's my refund

I placed an order on 9/6 with Carbon38 totaling $790.61 and unfortunately, everything did not fit. No biggie, just return what didn't fit. I have ordered and returned merchandise in the past without an issue. I returned everything in a super timely manner and shipped the return items on 9/21 now the tracking is stating it won't reach Carbon38 until 10/12! How does it take 3 weeks for a return package to reach them when we are in the same state! Make it make sense for me! This sounds like a scam. I have been a repeat customer of your company, for years. I don't want to start a dispute with AMEX but that was a pricey order. I am looking online and other customers are reporting the same issues.

I do not want to start harassing you for my refund online. I work in e-commerce and this makes no sense.

I expect a response to my question and my refund to AMEX.

disappointed. Haven’t received my order.

Order never arrived! Refund me!

We ordered 4 items and they kept rejecting our credit card. So we used a different credit card and we received the order. However suddenly they shipped one of the rejected order and charges my other credit card. This order never arrived and it has been in transit since the beginning of September. We explained the customer care via email that this is now a double order and we don’t want it. But it still shipped out, charged to our credit card and worst of the worst never arrived. First time shopper

It was my first time shopping at Carbon38 and it was complete disappointment... I ordered pair of sneakers, sadly were running small so I mailed back immediately on August 29th. Got shipment confirmation that the package should be delivered by September 14th. Then for whatever reason my return and tracking number kept pushing back to Sep 16, then to Sep 22, and now it says October 2nd. I understand that due to ongoing situation in our country refund can be delayed, but... this feels like long term scam. Complete negligence and zero care for costumers. Please I need my refund, I hate to call my bank and file a dispute. Thx

I am infuriated

I am infuriated. I have placed two orders totaling $1200. There are just a few item from the first order that I would like to return. I’m trying to be a responsible consumer by returning them in a timely fashion but they are making it so very difficult. I have filled out the return request over a week ago. I have also emailed them on 4 separate occasion and I have called and called with no answer at all. I understand these times are trying but I know mom and pops shops that are doing better then this. For the amount of money I’m paying I’m so very disappointed. I don’t want to walk away from this company but may have to.

No tights yet....

I bought a pair of tights on the 15th and have yet to and have no ETA. Tried calling for two days and could not get through.
Why did I pay for shipping if they were going to use the worst type of shipping. I have zero hope in getting my tights. Will try to get my money back from Paypal now.

This is the worst customer service

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. For this pricey stuff I would expect better customer experience. Almost a week ago I requested return to return 3 leggings that do not fit well. I still has not received anything from them except for an automatic reply that i will be contacted shortly. I tried to call them, but after being on hold 15 min, they are hanging up on me saying to call later. The customer service is a joke!!! Ridiculous! I will never buy anything from them ever. Lululemon has better quality and the best customer service

My return was mailed on 25. of August. On the next day I’ve got an confirmation of returning and tracking number. Since then the return delivery date is permanently getting push back: from 9. of Sept to 16. of Sept., then to 22. of Sept, then to 24. and 25. of Sept. Today I’ve got a new (and I suppose not the last ) date - 28. of Sept. I understand, that COVID-19 has impacted your business and the refund can be delayed, but what is going on looks like a farce. I see it as disrespectful for me as your customer. Why the returning service is so simple and effortless by all other brands in USA and big retailers in UK, Australia ?
I think it was my last purchase in Carbon38 and I am afraid that my next step to contact to my financial institution to start the dispute.

No Customer Service, Impossible Return

I purchased three items from their website and need to return one top because it just doesn't fit nicely. I have emailed 4 times and have not received any replies. I have called twice and after 5 minutes I hear a message that there's no one available to answer my call and the line is hung up on me. This is ridiculous as returning an item is a simple and basic service offered effortlessly by all the other brands and I'm shocked to have such an experience from Cabon38! I don't think I'll be buying from them anymore after this experience.
