Be extremely careful with this company. They use a calculated 'rinse and repeat' strategy to avoid their liabilities to customers.

The director, Eliot John Rushton, has a long history of running similar companies (check his Companies House appointments) that are eventually dissolved or run into the ground while he starts a new one under a similar name.

They currently use 'Cardboard Boxes Limited' (Co. No: 10842651) as a shield to hide behind when they refuse refunds. However, that specific company is filed as DORMANT with only £100 in declared asset value - it is essentially an empty shell and is being used fraudulently.

Important Advice for Victims: If you are chasing a refund, do not bother with the dormant brand. Pursue the money from CB2GO Holdings Ltd (the entity that likely appears on your invoice and bank statement). This is the active company that actually holds the assets.

I urge everyone affected to report this conduct to the Insolvency Service for investigation into director 'unfit conduct' and to Action Fraud. Do not let this pattern of shady business practices continue

Do not use this company, they won't send your order or won't refund you. If you set up a credit card chargeback you'll suddenly receive the goods and unless you're in to refuse the order you'll have to send them back at your own cost. Still waiting for my refund..... they lie and say they've accepted the credit card company chargeback but no. DODGY, DODGY, DODGY - STEER CLEAR.

Absolutely useless.. waited an age for this cardboard box and they sent the complete wrong cardboard box (way to small) will get a refund from my bank

Please read the reviews and do not deal with this or any of their other shady companies. They will not send your goods and flat out refuse to refund you.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. Absolutely atrocious company who's delivery fees and cancellation policy need serious review. 3-5 days for delivery? Try several weeks and NO DISPATCH NOTIFICATION!! Terrible customer service, very poor emailing and a £10 fee from you the customer to cancel and return the order??? I had to badger them several times for them to actually SEND my order and it arrived pretty quickly after that as I think they panicked a little bit. Pretty sure all they do in customer service is sit and pick their noses all day, because they aren't doing much else! I could rant about how awful they are forever, I haven't opened my boxes yet but I'm incredibly doubtful.

I ordered 40 wreath boxes for my Christmas wreaths and paid £86, they arrived in two small delivery boxes, the boxes lids for the wreath boxes had been folded in half to fit into the delivery box , causing a nasty looking crease on the lid making them looking like they had been previously been used ,
I contacted the company, who's customer services is extremely poor, they didn't see anything wrong with the tatty boxes!!, and said I could send them back at my expense. So that means this company can send out any old box and refuse to replace them . YOU WOULD LIKE TO THINK A COMPANY THAT SELLS CARDBOARD BOXES WOULD HAVE A BOX BIGGER ENOUGH FOR THEIR STOCK, SO THAT LIDS ARRIVED UNDAMAGED, or was it lazy staff that couldn't be bothered , this is the first time I have written a review, I feel really disgusted with the attitude of this company

avoid these cardboard2go and cardboardboxes.co.uk both same company. 30 days on still no parcel. didnt even reply to my Paypal claim. Expensive anyway after looking around stick to ebay. After I knew there was going to be problems, I ordered from Ebay and got next day. YOU BEEN WARNED.

I'm being fairly generous here because my order has had a long delay and I've had to make a few chasing calls to get varying answers. But I have now received my Quadwall box and apart from the fact that some dimensions are a little (several mm in one case) outside the 2.5% tolerance I think I can work with it. It seems to be strong as you would expect with a 4 wall box. It arrived well packed in a layer of outer protection cardboard and then a plastic outer cover. In spite of this the courier achieved penetration/tearing of the Quadwall box with some sharp edged implement, but perhaps that is a poor courier rather than poor packaging.
So if they could get to the stage where they keep the customer fully informed of progress with accurate information, tighten up their dimensional accuracy then they may have a good product that would be in demand.

Avoid Cardboardboxes2go at all costs! My experience was a nightmare:

Zero Communication: I requested a refund on Monday and got no response until they suddenly claimed my order was dispatched on the fifth day. They ignored my repeated questions about dispatch status.

Last-Minute Dispatch: They waited until the last possible moment to dispatch my order, causing chaos as I'm moving.

Useless Customer Service: Calling them is a waste of time. They dodge refund requests and refuse to help.

Unfair Terms and Conditions: Their terms are misleading and unfair. They claim a 5-working-day delivery is normal but don't guarantee it, and this isn't made clear when ordering. They charge an administration fee even if the parcel hasn't been dispatched for days. They ignored my refund request and seemed to dispatch my parcel just to make me pay more for returning it.

Delivery Failure: I paid £59, including £8 for delivery, and still haven't received my parcel after 5 working days.

This company is unreliable and dishonest. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

Like others, I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering boxes for moving home. I placed an order for a 3-4 bedroom pack. Some of the boxes, i,e, double-walled, were suitable. The rest were simply rubbish and would struggle to hold air without bursting. Even taping them was a nightmare. The wardrobe boxes are flimsy at best. I paid extra for next day delivery, but received half the order two days later with no sign of the rest. I called and was told that the boxes in the other half of the order were too big for the courier who delivered the first batch. When they did arrive, they were the same size as the first batch, so that excuse didn't hold water. I ordered boxes from Amazon and, although slightly more expensive, are actually up to the job. Avoid this company.

Terrible company to deal with. Once you have paid they are no longer interested in updating you and or providing any sort of customer service.

Ordered Via Amazon specifically to move a 65" OLED TV. Box arrived, flat packed. Made up - not enough bubble wrap but had some anyway. When lifting box - handles ripped immediately, had to tape them up. Complained to them and they offered 30% refund as box was "part" fit for purpose. Asked about weight, and claimed it was a "one trip" box - nothing in their ads about this. Ignored the fact that under consumer rights goods must be fit for purpose! Quite frankly the customer service person has no idea what they are talking about! The number of complaints on Amazon recently has dropped their rating. Dreadful service and abdication of responsibility.
Fortunately Amazon have refunded, however this company has said they aren't interested as Amazon won't charge them - attitude appalling!! Have reported to amazon and to trading standards.

Ordered a variety of boxes, but shortly after (a couple of days) due to a change of circumstances, the boxes were no longer needed. I emailed the company to cancel, explaining reason, and shortly after received a confirmation email, and then a few days later still, received confirmation from Paypal that the refund had been processed. So, at least in this instance the company 'came good'.

We are a removal company and this was our 1st order, and will be our last.
As other reviews have said boxes bent to send, boxes made cheap, extra crease scores in the wrong place. I'll mention here that I was a qualified Flexographical printer and carton maker so have the experience and knowledge to know what I'm talking about.
Our order was 5 x 85inch tv boxes and 2 70inch tv boxes. These were for our clients large display screens to be transported and stored at there head office in Birmingham.
1st we paid for next day delivery. So Friday, almost a day wasted for my administrator, then we were told by Emma it would be with us Monday. So arranged for someone to be about Monday as our warehouse isn't manned all the time. 8.30 Saturday morning an email from EVRI, your parcel is out for delivery between 5.30-6.30, great we were supposed to be out but had to come back for this. The Boxes turned up in 3 packages folded into 3😡
That's the integrity of the boxes gone. Monday morning 7am at my warehouse unpacking then to see if I can save them, only to find the the base flaps only fold to the middle.?? So the only thing holding the tv in place is the tape you use. Seeing as an 77inch tv weighs around 50kg if not more this isn't fit for purpose.
I had to make sleaves with a solid bottom to slide in and glue into place, this helped strength the box and make it more rigid.
I called Cardboardboxes and spoke to Stuart, he asked if I'd take some photos and email my concerns which I did. Also that the so called box for an 85in tv was 77in long, I know tvs are measured corner to coner.
85inch tv is 191.1cm there box is 195cm it should just fit,if the box was the right size. They said it was the right size box I have to measure corner to corner😲 how do I get any padding in? Hold on the height of an 85in tv is 110.2cm but the height of the box is 111cm.
Emma you like to quote FACTS here are the facts for everyone to see, as someone else has said your word is law. Your tv boxes are unfit for purpose your foam corners you said I didn't order are not for tvs the are picture frame corners, no good for protecting a precious large screen tv.
I gave you some constructive criticism in my email to help you make a better box but you know best.
We have tv boxes we use everyday on house and commercial moves and have lasted for over 80 moves and are still being used, yours would be lucky to last 2 moves. Hope you don't get to many claims for broken tvs.

disgusting company to deal with, once you pay, your not entitled to a refund if the carrier doesnt deliver the goods,
still no goods! just excuses that the carrier has them!!! 7 days still no delivery!

Pretty awful experience overall. Their website hints that items will be sent the next day, but it took ten days for my small order to be posted, and I had to chase it up. The boxes themselves were of pretty poor quality, and ironically were very badly packed - many were folded out of shape to fit them into the large box they were contained in. I'm glad this was a small trial order, as I do need a regular supply of many times the amount in this order. I certainly won't be using this company.

Placed an order with this company on 12/9/23 - then I read the reviews - I know I should have done this before ordering but lesson learned!
After reading the horrendous reviews I immediately cancelled my order using the email provided on their website and requested a refund minus the £10 administration fee - which is pure extortion! I received an email on 18/9/23 saying my refund was being processed and would be with me shortly. It is now 2/10/23 and I still haven’t received my refund. I have sent 3 further emails with no response. Do not touch this company with a barge pole!

Unfortunately I'm another casualty of this utterly woeful company. Product not fit for purpose, customer service aggressively unhelpful.

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of using. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering with them.
