Cargus laziness
My parcel areived on friday at 14:04 in oradea warehouse, the parcel needs to be delivered in hunedoara and on saturday they didnt even ship it to hunedoara, just because it was saturday and they have a slightly shorter program. With Sameday, once I placed an order on a morning and they delivered it the same day. Hope y’all match your service to the new standards!

The worst shipping service!!! They tell you that you will have the package shipped today and they make you wait for it the whole day or you will never get the package!!!! Their customer service is crap, no one helps you after 12 pm or 5 pm, not even the online robots!!!!!

Outrageous experience
Outrageous experience. I’ve been waiting for the courier all day, and it’s almost 9 PM now and nobody has shown up. The app says the package is with the courier, yet the courier is not answering at all. I’ve called over 20 times and no one responds - neither the courier nor customer support.
This is a clear lack of respect for the customer. You end up wasting your entire day waiting for a service that simply never happens, with zero explanation or communication.
Judging by other reviews, this is not an isolated case but a common practice. Avoid this company if you have any alternative.

Oribila comunicare, Oribila companie
Oribila comunicare! Oribila companie. De fiecare data cand patesc o livrare cu Cargus primesc sms ca se va reincerca livrarea, unde prima data curierul nu a ajuns la mine. Call center si orice alta forma de a contacta compania in timp util nu exista decât in scris. Cand contactez curierul de la a 2-a livrare, primesc explicatia: o fi avut treaba curielrul si nu a ajuns ieri.... ORIBIL!
Teribil de incompetenți
Teribil de incompetenți, pentru un serviciu cu livrare rapidă am așteptat 2 săptămâni mai mult decât serviciul standard.

Daca as putea sa dau 0 stele, as face-o.
Am facut comanda saptamana trecuta de tutun. Pe site am selectat ca doresc sa primesc coletul la locatie si sa il platesc cash.
Azi primesc mesaj ca pachetul meu a ajuns la aparat, IN ALTA LOCALITATE, la 20 km distanta.
Chatul live este absolut inutil, nu ajuta la nimic. Nu reusesti sa vorbesti cu persoane reale, iar cand am sunat la call center, domnul agent mi-a inchis telefonul in nas.
Nu mi se pare normal asa ceva. Sunt 2 puncte ship&go la mine in localitate, daca chiar nu voia curierul sa vina la locatie, cu toate ca eu am platit pretul pentru a primi coletul ACASA.
NU RECOMAND sub absolut nici o forma. Sa va feriti de Cargus cat de mult posibil

Paid for the parcel, but Cargus blocked access and offered no real support
Cargus is, honestly, one of the most careless and dysfunctional courier companies I have ever dealt with. They have a faulty system, an app that does not work properly, lockers that cannot be accessed, an almost useless call center, and staff who send nothing but generic replies, with no real intention of solving the customer’s problem.
I had a parcel that was already fully paid for and, despite that, I was unable to collect it from the locker because the Cargus app kept showing errors and would not open the compartment. I tried several times, including from another phone, specifically to rule out any issue on my side. The result was exactly the same. In other words, the problem was clearly with Cargus, their app, their system, and their lack of organization.
What is even worse is that, although the company receives complaints, it offers no real solutions. You only get standard messages, formal replies, and vague promises, with no concrete resolution. No one seems genuinely interested in doing their job. No one calls you with a clear explanation, no one offers a quick solution, and no one takes responsibility for the blockage they created. Everything is handled superficially, as if the customer’s time, money, and frustration do not matter at all.
Their call center is a complete joke. You cannot get through to an actual person who can solve your problem. There are only a few automated options, but no real way to reach someone competent. In practice, when their system fails and blocks your access to your parcel, you are completely abandoned.
I made repeated trips for nothing, wasted fuel, lost time, and stood there uselessly for a parcel I had already paid for. It is outrageous for a customer to pay, travel to the locker, and then be prevented from collecting their goods because of defective infrastructure and a company that is incapable of either preventing the issue or fixing it.
The impression Cargus leaves is that they are fully aware of the serious problems in their system, app, and customer service, but they do not treat any of it seriously. Instead of fixing, responding, and taking responsibility, they prefer to leave the customer stuck between technical errors, automated messages, and a total lack of real support.
Cargus not only provides poor services, but also shows obvious disregard for its customers and their parcels. They take money for a service that they are sometimes incapable of delivering properly, and when problems arise, the customer is simply left alone.
I do not recommend them under any circumstances.

Ich schicke ziemlich oft Pakete nach Rumänien und sie wurden immer mit Cargus geliefert. Bis dato lief alles einwandfrei, wir sind zufrieden. Danke Cargus.

This is the worst courier service in Romania. The service is so bad that you need customer service. They hang up on the service hotline. And zou need to go to them outside the city. You have to make an account to track or change adress. they want to review my account, so I could not create it. My package went back home.

Te ameninta ca iti dau coletul la Remetea. Am ajuns sa rog prierenii din Germania sa nu mai imi trimita colet numai ca sa evit aceasta companie. Nu exista colet la care sa nu am discutii.

Not only do they lie to you, they also make it impossible to contact them or the deposits in whatever area you are located, the phone lines are always unavailable, the chat bot couldn't be more useless and they never respond to your emails or support forms.
