Delivery was quick, a day early( not moaning, knocked off one star as wheel comes in a protective bag, but apart from making a hole in it there’s no way of fixing the wheel down in boot, have put a thin layer of foam underneath and bag lays on top of wheel.

Quality looking product and fast delivery.

When I telephoned to make my order the sales person went over and above to make sure I ordered the correct item. He then promptly called me back to confirm.
Delivery was also super fast. Very impressed.

Really pleased with my spare tyre kit , carnossuir thought of everything to make changing to the spare as easy as possible Great price and excellent delivery time

The spare wheel and accessories arrived swiftly and were well packaged. (No more aerosols and ruined tyres to deal with.) Thank you.

Purchased a Road Hero Kit.
It's perfect, great company to deal with, good communication and fast delivery

Great communication and understanding on what I needed. Very fast shipping and easy to find items on their site.

Quality product. Value for money. Will recommend to friends

The trouble they went to make sure the tyre I got was right for my car

Was given excellent advice as to which product to buy. Placed order and received wheel 2 days later.
The contents in the Breakdown kit are fantastic.

Really top quality equipment

Malgré une erreur à la livraison, le SAV a été très réactif et m'a renvoyé immédiatement ma commande conforme avec un petit plus pour s'excuser. Je recommande cette boutique sans hésitation.
Despite a delivery error, customer service was very responsive and immediately sent me a corrected order with a little something extra as an apology. I recommend this shop without hesitation.

Space saver spare wheel tyre and accessories for Renault Captur Hybrid MY2026 (JB/JE).
Very good quality wheel and tyre, circumference of wheel/tyre pretty much identical to the fitted 19 inch alloys on vehicle. Compared to my previous space saver spares which were a lot skinnier this spare wheel looks far more substantial and I would have confidence using it on my vehicle.
It also fits underneath in the lower boot space perfectly with the accessories kit. I was willing to sacrifice this space for a space saver wheel.
Cheaper than Renault dealers spare wheel.
The package is delivered in two separate parcels and for some reason the accessory package did not get delivered on time, however after an Email to customer support the accessory package was delivered.
Very good communication and support.
If you don't mind losing the lower boot space and dislike the idea of using a can of sealant, which may or may not work, this kit is ideal.

Ordered spare wheel for Fiat 500. Order delivered in good time. Excellent value for the money including the spare wheel and extra kit including Jack and other kit. Highly recommended.

Good experience purchasing from Carnoisseur.
The kit was perfect for my wife’s Mazda 2 hybrid,
also great that they delivered to Northern Ireland at no extra cost.

Great product, well conceived, all possible scenarios covered, ie Jack, gloves, torch. Have no issues if I get a flat tyre now, versus trying to deal with inflator kit

Prompt delivery and great product with well thought out packaging of supporting gear.

fast response.

Very prompt delivery and goods exactly as described.

Bought this to carry in a Ev. I would probably get my insurance breakdown service to fit it, the basic jacking point is close to the battery. Nevertheless, a reasonably priced item solving the problem of a sidewall puncture
