We so disappointed in this company 2 weeks no part email after email with no reply taken the mo ey out of my bank
Tryed to contact there in every way with no success
Not happy 1 bit with this

Same company as eurocarparts. Prices are often a little cheaper. Dispatch times are very unreliable. Sometimes everything is great but sometimes it takes several weeks without explanation. Customer service is often rude too and can be unhelpful. "when will the item be dispatched?" "When it leaves the warehouse". Always pay with PayPal when possible as they often don't process returns correctly. I cancelled an order about 3 weeks ago as it turns out the item isn't in stock, despite showing as "in stock". Had to wait 1 week to discover this. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Failed to deliver order. Not responding to emails, poor communication and no refund.
Won't be using again.
Avoid.

website still taking order and not delivering to customer even on chat support you wait half hour more than once small message come sorry send email.

totally waste of time very poor management would recommend donot order online. as not chance are will not received .spend time on phone etc to chase order.
best service so far is ebay and amazon quickly dispatch service.

I placed an order for 2 items 2 weeks ago and have not received either of them. I have sent 3 emails which have been ignored and have been unable to get through to them on the phone. This company should be investigated as a lot of customers are not receiving their orders.

my family are nhs and needed help this company took our money and then buried their heads in the sand with the mistakes they made i will never ever use them again and i advise all of you reading this not to .SHAMBLES.

I recently ordered a cam belt kit, it did arrive as expected having paid for express postage- well done DPD. The tensioner in the SKF kit does not opperate correctly and failed to tension the belt (the demper pin did not extend) this is not the issue however.
My issue is that despite my efforts to contact carparts4less via email and phone, I have been unable to speak to anyone. My car is off road and I have had to spend more money to replace the defective part.
RUBBISH SERVICE, GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PARTS (carparts4less is owned by eurocarparts btw)...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , have not sent my order , won’t return emails have sent 5 , if item is out of stock then it should not be on the site for sale , cannot get through on the phone or the live chat , what a way to run a business, absolute disgrace , quick enough taking peoples money

Worst experience. Order not delivered and there is no one on the other end to speak to. It is not only waste of time but extreme frustration. They should not be trading. Wish trading standard take action on this company. My order no was 121-00000929993 if some one want to investigate.

Ordered a battery delivered wrong specification phoned company and confirmed a new battery was to be sent from our local euro carparts company (15miles ) away by 3pm. nothing arrived called at 5.30pm and they said that wasn't their fault was the branch the battery hadnt loaded on to a van, spoke to the branch manager and they were waiting for an email from carpart4less to authorize the shippment respoke to carpart4less and they then said they would resend the email( which they hadnt sent ) and will be delivered the next day 12pm.. surprise surprise not battery phoned again and then said i would need to go to eurocarparts to have it swapped for the correct one, a 30mile round trip at my expense. Sorry cant accept that so finally gave in to send it tommorow which i said dont bother please refund me and they said ok and that it would be picked up tommorrow. not a nice company to deal with, carparts4less wont be using again. Oh and then before call ended asked if they could help with any thing else!! classic

Sorry i did not communicate with you properly and gave a bad review i take it all back you have always been 1st class in the past and have been 1st class in sorting out the problem ive had with a product i purchased .Your employee rang me and was fantastic everything sorted within a couple of days ,very happy chap thanks again .Tony

Had an issue with delivery, communication with first person on live chat was great, had to chase for followup after 48 hours then that person (Liam) was very rude. i then had a follow up from their escalation team that were very helpful and made my deliver happen by the following morning.

Absolutel shocking company to deal with.
Sent 3 emails regarding late deivery times as i had paid extra £3.99 for next day delivery. Arrived day later than expected.
No response to emails and no phone contact. I've had numerous problems with this company, and i vowed after the last order took 2 weeks to deliver, that i would never use again. Unfortunately car was immobile and Eurocarparts did not have product available for delivery. I will be calling and demanding an explanation.

Terrible. They sent wrong parts, so I arranged a return of the parts. They then only refunded 2/3 of the pirce! I contacted them several times to tell them they needed to refund the full price (since they messed the order up) and each time was told that they were refunding the difference, but actually did nothing!
Customer services are unbelievably rude.
Having to file a Paypal dispute, which is ridiculous.

Ordered pads and disks which took longer to arrive than expected.

When opened the box they had sent cheap brake pads and certainly nowhere near the equivalent value of what I’d already paid for.

After the live chat they told me I’d have to send all items back which I didn’t need to do as the disks were fine, I asked if I could just get the difference refunded for the pads I’d paid for compared to the pads they’d sent or even a credit note as I was planning on doing the front brakes next month but I was told no that I’d have to return the whole order.

When asked who I could make an official complaint to I was given an email address and after 3 days I’m still awaiting any kind of acknowledgement. Poor service all round, your better off just going to ECP.

Item was supposedly delivered however no one at home at that time and not left with any neighbours either. Queried where my order had been delivered to and nearly 4 weeks afterwards despite numerous emails all I receive are emails stating "we are investigating". Can't get an answer from customer services number so tried live chat - was advised to call customer services. What a waste of time. How an "investigation" by DHL to where it was delivered can take so long is beyond me, it's just a joke. Based on my experience I would avoid using them at all costs, I certainly won't be using them again. ABSOLUTELY USELESS

Woefully inefficient . Ordered two sets of headlight bulbs on 29th January, and now 7th January and still not arrived. On contacting customer services yesterday their 3-4 working day delivery service can take up to 7 days! (doesn't say that in delivery information) Now the 7th Feb, order day plus seven days and post has been for the day and still no delivery.

(11:42:39 AM Carparts 4less: I do apologise about that. We do advise these can take up to 7 working days. As this has been dispatched with Royal Mail we arent able to track these orders im afraid.

Stay clear!! Company could not give a s**t about there customers. Only send half an order out! Not worth the hassle to deal with them all over the sake of a few penny’s. I guess you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts you get monkeys!!
