This was my second time working with this company. All I can say is, "They stand by their word." It's very rare that I can put my trust in a company, but hands down the BEST company to handle your flooring needs.

This company was excellent! Fast service and no hassles . Professional from start to finish.

Parkers Carpet One came highly recommended when I needed to find flooring for a friends new home. I stopped by and was met at the door by Josh Ridings. With his guidance we selected laminate flooring and carpeting, the selection was made easier by the samples he provided. He came to the home and made all measurements, working within my time frame. Installation was scheduled, the installers showed up promptly, asked if they could work late, and the proposed three day installation was done in a day and a half. The work is beautiful, the products go beyond what was expected. I know the home owner will enjoy it for years to come!

I have traditionally used Lowes for buying carpet and each time had issues regarding installation workmanship but always happy with end result because they stood behind everything but non the less very time consuming and aggravating.This process with carpet one was flawless!!I watched the installer Bob do his installation and tecniques I never saw anyone use before and was amazed.All the seams were flawless.Would highly recommend!!

They showed when they said they would, and worked hard the entire time. They even moved the furniture in 4 bedrooms (that I was dreading), removed/replaced 2 toilets in the bathrooms (that I was *really* dreading), and moved the washer & dryer in the laundry room. They cleaned up after themselves to the point where you couldn't tell they had been there except for the new flooring.

Not only that, but they were half the price of the quote we got from Lowes (who was a pain in the neck to work with just getting a quote)..

The carpet was beautiful, and so was the vinyl. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new flooring.

Install work started on time. Install went good. Crew was very hard working, friendly and prompt.

Installed flooring looks great.

Only issue were the stairs. Installed oak treads. Stain color was not a close to the match floors. Understood it was not going to be an exact match but was not close. Should have had us review the tread color before installing. They made good on the issue and had then re-stained. So re-staining took additional time. Result was some unclean lines.

I would recommend using them and would use them again.

Installers were polite and professional. Wonderful job on my floors. They take enough time to make sure that everything was done correctly.

My experience with Parkers Carpet One was an experience to definitely share! Carpet One has mastered the lost art of TRUE customer service. They are a very warm, friendly family oriented company, I felt right at home. I asked for a specific type of flooring within seconds had a sample in hand along with my price point. After deciding the type of flooring I scheduled a time for measurement Carpet One came out on time just as promised. The install was on schedule and a breeze, I didn't have to wait weeks for installation!! You will always have a repeat customer with me!!

The service was fantastic. Josh helped us find what we wanted and was very knowledgeable in what to recommend. They respected our budget and didn't try to sell us the most expensive product. They were courteous and readily available. They were able to get the work done within our time frame as well. Super nice people! We love our floors!
