I was given helpful information in store which was followed up by a home consultation. The consultant brought many samples & I received the requested ones promptly. This made my decision to go ahead with ordering relatively easy.

So far so good especially with the staff at the Bromley branch. She was kind, helpful and friendly.

Rea, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She made everything from ordering to fitting, run smoothly without any hitches!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Carpetright Bromley staff were so helpful in guiding us with selecting our new flooring and arranging our installation, which was completed on time and to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Carpetright Bromley to my friends and family and I will definitely be using Carpetright again for any future home renovation projects.

I’ve never had to buy carpets before and was feeling slightly anxious about it when I went into Carpetright Bromley store. I was met by Henry who listened to me whilst I explained what I was looking for and guided me to the carpets that he thought would meet my needs. He was patient, unhurried, very professional and friendly and explained the process that we would follow to ensure I got what I needed. A first class service and a pleasure to do business with him.

Customer service excellent, very attentive and friendly. I had to go back and forward to the shop and emailed several times and each time the service was the same throughout, professional, polite and the utmost patience as I had a few changes with my order.

So happy with the professionalism of Toni, Rea and Henry. Nothing was any trouble. Initially I spoke to Henry who was so approachable, happy and seemed to really care rather than just being there to sell me something, after speaking to Henry I decided to get carpet for a room that I had no intention of buying for. I went home and measured the room and called the store back and spoke to Toni again she went above and beyond. Toni said she would email the quote over in the next 15 mins and that was in fact received within 10 mins. After reviewing the quote I realised I had made a mistake. The following day I called this time I spoke to Rea as it was Toni’s day off. Rea was so helpful she rectified my mistake sent me an email to check over, which I did and then placed my order.
My local store is Charlton but have been in on a few occasions and felt whilst the staff weren’t horrible they just didn’t seem to know what they were doing and left before ordering.
I will definitely be using and recommending Bromley in future even though it is out of my way it’s worth travelling them few extra miles to have such a pleasant and stress free experience. The staff are a credit to Carpetright and I hope the staff get credit for doing such a great job. The manager is clearly doing a great job with his team as it is clear that there is a great teamwork ethic. We are very quick to complain but not always as quick to write when people do a great job 🌟FIVE STAR RATING

We had fantastic service from the young lady at the Bromley store she couldn’t have been more helpful and was able to give us carpet samples to take away so ordered our carpet from there

Very friendly and helpful people in the Bromley branch. Price changes constantly due to promotions but held on a few weeks to secure a 50% sale price. All good.

The chap who came to measure was excellent. Shop staff not. I went in on Friday 5/1 chap behind desk just sat there. Went back Saturday 6/1 had to go to desk had set up her computer so had to wait ages. Gave me a time of 2.30 for measuring when I got email said between 2.30 and 3.30
