Very helpful instore, (Andrew) and Taz, who came to measure up and do the costing, was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I’ve had 3 emails now - in less than a week - (as well as Andrew asking in the shop) asking me to leave a review. It’s irritated me and I almost didn’t write a review because of it.

I would just like to say how wonderful a member of your staff were, she was extremely patience and very helpful with me. She explained all the details to me and helped me with all aspects of my visit.
As a company in my opinion you should clone this individual and make sure that every store has their very own Charlotte Knight.

Good range of carpets to suit all budgets. We was given a quote for purchasing a chosen carpet, but at no point was we told of the enormous hidden admin costs/care package, totalling more than £100 before committing! This should be pointed out before taking payment so that the customer has a choice on whether to proceed or not!!

Steve was great. So friendly and went above and beyond with us. He helped us understand the options with pros and cons, made sure nothing was forgotten and that we were happy with what we chose. He's so knowledgeable and really helpful.

The girl that served us was really helpful and spent time in going through all our needs

The advisor was really helpful patient and understanding my needs and budget. I ordered a new bed as I felt confident that the advisor could be trusted.
