Very helpful, very knowledgeable and a great experience.

I went to shop with measurements and chose the carpet and order then they called to me that carpet is not enough then I went again to the shop and chose another carpet and ordered and now the customer service was giving me different different prices every time he calculated. Finally when the order was put through and fitting day fixed. They called me on the fitting day that floor edging order never went through and we do not have them and now u can have some different once.
I will never use this branch again or recommended this company branch to anyone

The fitter did an amazing job. His name was Narinderpal. I really like the work that he did on our stairs ( Ledgers Road, slough) He was very polite and friendly. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

I had a home visit. Richard was very knowledgeable. I did nit feel rushed. I later paid in store, which was quick and easy.

Had our carpets fitted by Mr Surinder Singh on the Friday 3rd May 2024 he’s done amazing job very friendly and on time on the job.
I would recommend Surinder Singh to my friends and family.
Actually we asked Carpetright for surinder Singh for our fitting as we used him in 2020 as well.
Really happy with the job he’s done 10 out 10.

People at the store were helpful, knowledge, friendly and gave us plenty of time to process our decision.

No fuss we just went into the shop and chose the carpet we wanted. We then placed an order and found that carpet right were extremely flexible with dates for fitting the carpet.
