After purchasing my first number plate I was disappointed to find out after a delay in being sent the paperwork that the vendor had unfortunately lost the rights to the number plate as they had not renewed.Totally out of the hands of SwiftReg.I must say though that the service I then received from Russel was exemplary.I was given other options to look at,ordered another one,given a discount due to the issues I had experienced.To my surprise the documentation to swap the number plate was emailed to me that very afternoon.Fantastic😊
