I'm extremely happy with this company, the quality of the product and packaging is excellent and I was particularly grateful for the way they gave me a discount on the price without me even asking. I thought it was very generous and I will return again soon. Just one constructive recommendation I would make for them is to register a dot ie domain as it is more trustworthy than a dot com.

The Argentine-Ireland connection
I ordered a jacket for an Argentine-Irish cousin who visited Carrolls during her tour of Ireland, and bought herself one... and lost it. I am happy with Carroll's assistance and speedy delivery and I am sure that my cousin will be delighted to get a replacement.

Delighted as everything arrived perfect
So happy with my order which included pint glasses! I’m always nervous ordering fragile items but thankfully everything was wrapped so carefully and thoughtfully! Everything was intact and I’m so grateful 🙏

pish poor service
I ordered two Guinness glasses which didn't arrive , I contacted Carrolls who said to contact Fedex who were supposed to deliver them . I followed the tracking which stated they were delivered and signed for by my neighbour Steve . I do not have a neighbour called Steve so I presume the driver created a fictitious character or is called Steve . Pish poor service from Fedex and Carrolls Irish gifts . I am now out of pocket and bereft of my glasses .

Packing worthy of improvement
Great items, reasonable prices. Shame the wrapping and packing is disastrous. i.e. crisp packs are used as air cushions and pressed well between the other goods, also along the side. All crisps are powdered. I brought this to CARROLLs attention but they couldn't care less, let alone they did not bother to even reply.

Fast shipping and high quality
I bought some Aran jumpers and they have very good quality and craftsmanship. The shipping has been fantastically fast to France. I am 1.75 m and 75 kg and size M has been perfect for me. Thanks.

I understood that the delivery is in 5-7 working days but it did not leave your country today and the order is from 11.12 and no one can tell me anything relevant
