Dealers do not honor the prices posted on your site. I will never use CarsDirect again. I find that bait an switch is rampant on your site and I am complaining to the New Hampshire Car Dealer Board and the State Attorney's Office.

You were right about the dealership! I walked in and drove out with a beautiful new car! I was skeptical (went to a different dealership, didn’t go well at all) but ended up at Pitre Kia and BAM! I was approved with horrible credit, and a repossession! Thank you CarsDirect made my Thanksgiving weekend 🚘❤️

I loved Cardirect in Braeside. So honest and reliable, and loving my new car. Thanks very much to Lachlan Cox the dealer. He was awesome!

I have not looked for an automobile loan in over 5 years. As of the 17th of September I have NUMEROUS inquires on my credit report.

I am disgusted beyond belief and will be looking into legal representation. Horrendous and fraudulent practices indeed!

Have bought cars from Cars Direct before with good results. Recently wanted to buy a Ford F-150 and got a price from them and then their dealer (Fiesta Ford of Indio Ca.)
called and I went in to make the deal. When I got there they had added a premium to the vehicle and did not care a bit about cars direct. Not a good dealer for them to be associated with. They should know their dealers better.

this company is a joke - I inquired regarding a refinance - I have received numerous calls regarding my pre-approval to purchase a new car???

this is a total violation of FTC lending rules / and it is highly illegal

I tried calling them to ask them to remove me so I can stop the phone calls and the unauthorized inquiries on my credit report

i ALSO ASKED FOR CONTACT TO THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT-
i was sent numerous emails with the same information regarding financing a new car???

this company is in violation of Lending Laws

I spent a lot of time on carsdirect.com selecting cars and options I wanted. I got really great target prices. However, I received so many calls and emails from dealers asking what I wanted and giving me prices way above what carsdirect.com listed. I called carsdirect.com to complain and ask if they sent these companies the information I gave them. I was told that it was just a referral service and a price to try to negotiate for the cars. They did not give the dealers all the information I had given them. It was just a waste of my time! I could have just called the dealer and requested the internet sales and gotten more information and not wasted all that time.

I really enjoy the deals CarsDirect posts. Found the best lease on my Prius from the site!

My wife and I were having trouble deciding which car was the right one for us. CarsDirect was so helpful--their comparison tool made it really easy to decipher the differences between trims and option packages. We were torn between the Acura TLX and a Honda Accord--similar cars. After putting everything into the tool, it was easy to see that the TLX offered little extra value for the additional $5K. This plus the Accord had special financing-that sealed our choice.

It's great to be able to walk into a used car dealer with a printout and say I'm here to see this exact car... Way less dealing with sales staff, way better experience.

Anyone in the market for buying a new car should visit Carsdirect. I just leased a new a new Chevy Cruze thanks to the detailed lease info I found on Carsdirect. These guys are great; I highly recommend this website.

I have some credit issues and had been turned down for a car loan by 2 different dealers. I found carsdirect on google and they were able to connect me with a dealer who specializes in helping people like me. I was able to get a loan and get a really nice 2013 nissan altima. I am really impressed by carsdirect.

After checking a handful of online car dealers, I finally found Carsdirect, which really is the best out there. At one point I got confused (which ended up my fault) but I called their 1800 number and a really nice gentleman helped me out. I got my car for $800 less than what they told me on a different site.

Carsdirect has a lot of great reviews and content that is hard to find elsewhere. They also have a lot of features that can help you decide what car you want, like the comparison tool.

CarsDirect has great pricing info on new cars and their content about each make and model is top notch. Great place to start the search for a new car.
