Good communication and a good price!

Really good to deal with a local outlet in Worthing with lots of knowledge. And a reliable delivery service.

Shop staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting suitable appliances to meet my needs (not the most expensive!). Delivery and fitting was organised around other commitments and carried out with care and professionalism.

The service was brilliant,the staff were so helpful.l had stopped a member of carters staff,while he was delivering something to a neighbour.and asked his advice,and he was so helpful,and gave me written information l needed,and the phone number.which l phoned and ordered the item,and it was delivered within two days,and l didnt have to lift a finger.best company out.

Having been let down by Currys I rang carter's in Worthing who offered us a choice of washing machines and the chosen one was delivered and fitted the next day. The chaps there were really knowledgeable and helpful and we had a great conversation with them and put the world to right. Exceptional service.
