I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Case-Mate. My package has not been delivered, and the shipping information claims delivery could not be completed because of a dog. I do not have a dog.

I have tried contacting the shipping companies to locate my package, but I keep getting conflicting information about who is responsible for delivering it.

When I contacted Case-Mate for assistance, I was told that customer service is only available online through email and that it takes 3–5 business days to receive a response. There is no customer service phone number where I can speak directly with a representative.

As a paying customer, I expect to be able to get timely assistance when my order does not arrive. Instead, I am left trying to track down my package myself, with no clear answers.

I would like Case-Mate to take responsibility for helping locate my order and resolve this delivery issue.

All items delivered in tact, great quality phone case, airpod case and magnetic stand. When I chased the order, received responsive customer service. I only dropped a star as it’s not easy to track postage.

I paid almost $60.00 for the iPhone 17 pro max, it’s defective, try to do a warranty claim, and was denied. I will never buy any other accessory from this company. Terrible service

Never received my item and their customer service sucks. My order shows label created and no movement or tracking after that.

I purchased a bag liner for use with a bag I already own, not a Case-Mate bag, because the product looked like good quality and the dimensions appeared to fit - at least online. The order package arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but unfortunately it showed up in a damaged envelope that appeared possibly cut, and the product was not inside the shipping package other than some product information.

I filed a claim because I paid $2.99 for package protection. I requested a refund for the cost of the item only, not for shipping or the protection fee, because I believed that was a fair request and consistent with the refund language I saw on the site. I was told that only a replacement would be offered, which I would not accept, because I do not want the item resent to the same address or another address if the same problem could happen again.

I provided multiple photos and email documentation, but I have not received a meaningful response. At this point, I do not want to keep exhausting myself over it. My understanding is that Massachusetts consumer protection law, including Massachusetts General Laws chapter 93A and related warranty principles, may apply to this situation. Based on this first-order experience, I would not recommend the company if a customer has a problem with missing or damaged contents.

I am not commenting on the quality of the merchandise since I have not received mine.

I would rate them with a minus figure if i could , premium price Poundland quality, raised a warranty claim which they accepted on the case spiltting on a seam and the case turning yellow. They expected me to pay £6 shipping, when i queried this they said they would refund me once id paid so they are trying to avoid their legal obligations. I have been pushing for them to ship for free as i dont see why i should pay for the shipping on a manufacturing fault,one email did state they would ship for free but will take 6 weeks to arrive. Ive also been signed up to their marketing emails since teh warranty claim , but surprise surprise the company state i havent, shocking behaviour. There are much better phone cases available at much cheaper prices, lesson learnt avoid this company at all costs

I sent back 2 items using THEIR Shipping Label on 3/26 and have the FedEx Receipt.
FedEx Tracking said they got the package on 3/30.
I get an Email today, telling me I never Returned the items.
I don't know if their people are working from home (not really) or just not doing their jobs and messing with people's money but I will Never, Ever purchase anything from them again!
I am filing a Dispute with my Credit Card Company now!

Ho acquistato una custodia per il mio iPhone 17 pro ed una e ti miei AirPods 4, della stessa fantasia Flowerbed Blue by Kate Spade. L’acquisto avrebbe dovuto essere consegnato il 9/2 ma stamattina, 5/2 mi è stato consegnato. La cover è in materiale trasparente molto spesso, con stampa floreale che comprende dettagli a specchio (nelle foto non si vedono e dal vivo è più bella). Calza alla perfezione e sono molto soddisfatta del mio acquisto.
Il pacco è stato confezionato in modo accurato e resistente; una busta in pluriball molto spessa di colore nero con il logo dell’azienda. Che dire; effettivamente è una custodia piuttosto costosa, ma fatta veramente bene e molto elegante. Esperienza super positiva, consiglio🤗

Casemate used to be a fantastic company, which was why I would order their products all the way from Australia. Sadly, this company is now absolute rubbish. I ordered 2 phone suction mounts (which arent cheap). They totalled $60 with postage. They were wrongly delivered to someone else's home so I got in contact with casemate to have the items replaced. This experience has been an absolute nightmare. The employees take weeks to respond to you, ive had mixed messages, and now they are ignoring me completely. So I lost $60 and got no product. This company has become shady and deliberately do this to force customers to give up. So they took my money and I got no product. Absolutely disgusting. Please dont buy from these people. They also give you discount codes that dont work, im surprised they have not been shut down.

Purchase a phone case and wind cover from this company for $80 including the shipping four days no shipping finally after nine days the product is shipped and it is lost in the mail after 15 days. I receive the shipping label in the mail and receive a notice from not only casemate, but from the Postal Service and shipping it that the item has been delivered when I go to my mailbox no delivery shipping label so immediately go to my post office. I need to go online and file a lost package so don’t get my money back to me and file a did not receive package even though I told him that it was not received in the post office said that it was lost. They rejected my claim and told me that I don’t get my money Back. I was forced to go to my bank and tell them that this was a fraudulent purchase in order to get my money back. Never or from them the shipping is pony express slow. And they do not stand about their product.

Terrible. I got a mail after a day or so that the case had been shipped, and then it did not move for >2 weeks.
In total the shipment took a full month. No case can be so superior that you want to wait a month for it. My first and last case mate, as I shall now actively abandon this company.

It has been over a month since I placed the order. I still haven’t received it, nor have I received any updates. This has been a complete waste of time and money, and it’s starting to feel like a scam.

Ordered 12-01-2025. Said it shipped 12-02-2025...however been sitting in Duluth, GA since Dec 2 and hasn't moved. Customer service said it's fine...it's common for delivery not to be updated. Contact USPS and they do not even have the item...Case-Mate created a pre-shipment label. Frustrating and now stuck without a gift. Case-mate does not even have a phone number to call. Sham.

Should have read the reviews in advance. Ordered items 12 days ago, still showing as pre transit, sent a contact form for help, no reason given or update provide, just a lot of excuses. Guys I will be chasing my card provider for a refund.

I'm just another customer who made the bad decision to trust this company. Don't let yourself join our ranks. Four days, still hasn't shipped, no response from them. Don't be their next sucker.

Absolutely useless company!!! Don't respond to emails. Take your money and don't deliver. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered on 4th still not been posted! Customer service is none existent,I wish I’d read these reviews first as I’m not confident I will receive my items

Don't get it.
Waste of money.
instruction is included but it is unclear a missing important step.
After peeling of the first layer, it should be turned and apply the revealed layer onto the phone. THIS STEP IS NOT ON THE INSTRUCTION.
Such a expensive protector is missing a important step.
Whole screen is ruined.

J'ai acheté un protège caméra pour mon Pixel 10pro.

Très compliqué a installer du premier coup et lorsque l'on s'y reprend, impossible de ne pas soit abîmer le protège caméra, ou bien de ne pas faire de marque dessus qui colle de la poussière.

Je l'ai acheté, je l'ai reçu, j'ai échoué la mise en place et bien entendu je l'ai jeté.

Ils se font de l'argent avec des produits médiocres sur le store de Google.

Screen protector was bubbling and shifting within first month of usage. Contacted company about "lifetime" warranty only to receive them acting like I was trying to cheat them into giving me a replacement screen (likely about a 10 cent piece of film). Do not recommend this company. Better alternatives at better prices.
