Also wenn man Incompetenz pur haben möchte gerne bei Casio bestellen.
Man bestellt eine Uhr bekommt das komplett falsche Produkt, absolut keinen Ersatz und keine Hilfe.
Also wenn mir als Kunde schon bewusst ist, dass der Fehler komplett beabsichtigt war und der Kundenservice dann absolut kein Stück hilfreich ist... da sagt man auch nichts mehr.

Do not buy casio calculators, cheap plastic, working's are third world calculations, I suggest buy quality product

My calculator keeps on calculating.
A few years ago i splashed out on a FX-9860GII which is a graphic calculator. It is used regularly and it works great.

Don't skimp when buying, casio make some great tools, but if you're only paying a tenner, don't expect the same quality as if you pay £50.

CASIO is the worst company I have dealt with in my life. I simply wanted to purchase one calculator (FX-991) and it shipped to the wrong address. I contacted numerous customer service agents multiple times and each one said they would provide me with the accurate GPS location of the calculator so that I could pick it up myself. However, a month later, after having these same conversations over and over again, I received no word from CASIO about the location of my calculator and called them one last time. The agent finally told me they would try delivering a new calculator because mine was registered as lost (which they had not even informed me about). Despite telling me they would ship the calculator the following week, I just received an email saying they have refunded me 'in error' and that if I want to get a calculator, I will need to place another order with CASIO. I would not recommend anyone purchase calculators from CASIO and purchase one from any other company, which have calculators that are just as good if not better and most importantly do not mess up orders this bad.

Expensive graphical calculator broke within 4 months. Casio weren't interested. Told college it was damaged by user, but its been kept in the hard case whenever not used and looks like new, original batteries still working as its hardly been used. I now have to spend another £120 to replace as my daughter needs it for her AS exam in May.

I bought G shock watch. I thought it would be easy to sync with my phone but it just does not work. The app provided is completely useless unless you want help buying another watch!

I contacted Casio Customer Services regarding this issue. That was just as fruitless as the app.

Sent my watch to the service department for a new battery & time reset. Casio advertised it would take 7-10 days to repair & return. I heard nothing from them so messaged them they confirmed it needed a new battery & I rang them and paid for it. Now 10 working days on they are telling me it maybe an extra 10 days as they are waiting for parts from Japan ! When I pointed out it just needed a battery they replied saying yes it’s ordered from Japan !!! Unbelievable to think that a watch service centre doesn’t keep a stock of batteries. Aweful service

Dopo neanche un anno l'orologio perde la corona che non fa parte delle parti di usura (batt ecc) del cinturino, del vetro ma è parte integrante dell'ingranaggio, eppure mi è stato risposto che non rientra nella garanzia con un preventivo di lavorazione pari al costo dell'orologio nuovo. Mai più Casio per carità

Spent £110 on a calculator. it started having software problems. Sent it to them to repair it. put lots of notes about what was happening. they sent it back after doing nothing to fix it. I contacted them and they said they had tested it and it was fine. Bunch of Jokers

After going back for repair, twice, during the guarantee period, with the added bonus of the crumbling watch body not being covered by the guarantee, the whole thing has now disintegrated.
Casio products used to be so good; now they have sold me rubbish.

Many people know this brand because of the g-shock watches series, but all the casio watches I have had in my life were of other series. I mean, I bought classical watches made out of stainless steel and sapphire glass with a pretty good mechanism.
They have served to me for almost a decade and they still haven't lost their identity. I bring them to masters sometimes to replace the battery, and this is everything I need to do with them, lol.

I have been trying to contact Casio Customer Services for the last 24 hours, constant line busy

Casio the logistic operator administer. USELESS man. All the done is take our money and deliver bad service to us. We should boycott companies that treat its customers like trash. HOW DID CASIO LASTED THIS LONG IT BECAUSE OF US RETAILERS.

Absolutely awful customer service and policies.... I've ordered a watch for my partners birthday with plenty time to spare...... We've chosen click and collect service... Watch came twice to wrong place.. first one they couldn't expect it as label was wrong... Second time we've had a message that it was delivered.... It was but to completely different part of the country..... spoken to delivery service and they said it was wrong label put on it so it went to a wrong person 🤦🏼‍♀️....We've contacted them and now we have to wait 10 working days for a refund... They refused to send a replacement as they will be out of pocket 🤷🏼‍♀️...... I could understand if I wanted to return it for any reason but if they send it to someone else how's that my fault and why should I wait so long to have my money back..... Now I've got 2 days to my partners birthday no watch no money to buy something else 🤬.....
Never never never will I ever buy anything directly from Casio.....

Watch returned three times for water ingress. This time I have been without my watch for 3 weeks (total time this year two months without it) Now they cannot get spares and no eta/ . Refuse to replace it eventhough it is under warranty. Appaling company with zero after sales morals. Awful

I was surprised at the poor reviews of Casio. I have just received my 2 G.SHOCK Watches that I sent to Casio for time settings, as they were too tricky for me to do correctly. I bought them in a high street retailer and thought they'd be set. However, I tried to set it and even phoned Casio to try and set it over the phone. the lady suggested sending them off. just received them, and just to say I will be using them again. First class service Casio and thank you. Kind regards Steven green .x

Needed to call for an update when they dispach my watch. After the call the was quick to do it and seen i will recieve it the next day. BUT they using parcelforce and still haven't got it! Been on the phone with them for 30 minute just to connect with somebody who failed to deliver. Item wasn't even scanned near my home!

Nice product [bought 2 & keeping one] but really surprised that buying direct from the company e-com affords litte in the way of added-value service [actually far less] than if I'd bought from a Retailer. THEY CHARGE FOR RETURNS - even if you bought something! Really surprised and not something ive experienced much of these days - certainly not from likes of SEIKO etc.. Customer Service "chat" is also far from satisfactory and despite a few emails there is no discretion being shown. Not happy and has taken the shine off the whole experience.

This is my point of view as I used to like casio watches and still do but have come to realise the quality of the straps leave little to be desired as they don't last very long because the material is prone to disintegrating after a while and just tares off...I considered buying spare replacement strap but the cost is expensive so it's cheaper to just buy a new one...or not?
Well I think I'm done with this brand as its become unreliable in the end..yes is pay more if I knew the strap would last a lot longer then they did...
