I bought a solar powered radio controlled watch some seven years ago. Bit of head scratching on the manual but patience is repaid. The watch. Superb. So good I saw another one with a most beautiful face. I fell in love and treated myself. The new one seems as good as the old one. I alternate them.

I purchased a watch from a Casio retailer three years ago, within the last month or so it developed a fault
(watch was constantly misting up). Returned it to Casio UK 21 Jan 2021 received it back today 29 Jan 2021 with an explanation of work carried out and NO charge whatsoever. Very happy with service received from Casio UK.

Bought an altimeter watch 2 months ago , if I resign from my job start studying the manual full time , enroll in an on line course I may understand how to use it in 5-10 years . Studying quantum mechanics in Mandarin would be easier . The manuals are totally useless

Spent good money on a nice Casio watch. After a short period of time it started to lose time. Replaced battery twice. Sent it back to Casio for repair/warranty. They wanted to charge me more than I paid for the watch for repairs. I told them that I had not had the watch that long ago and that I wanted them to fix it for me. I had not been rough with it or abused it in anyway. Since it was defective, I felt it should be repaired by them. They did not care and sent it back. BEWARE. You are buying cheap junk with Casio. Better to stick with Timex or Seiko.

I ordered watch over a month ago and site says delivery in a week
Week after I received message that was delivered to someone called Mark (mind you I have no neighbors and no one in my house is called Mark) I emailed them about it and was told it’s on its way again,no apologies nothing,than they emailed me again that watch will be with me next day.Do I need to mention it never turned up ? Had a call this morning to check if I still want a watch ???
Of course not as it was birthday present !!!
You guys are everything but professional! This is not how you do business and I hope you improve it the future or shut down your delivery service !

I can only say, stay away from Casio. Unfortunately I bought a Casio Calculator for my daughter because it was recommended by the school. I did not want her to have any different to other children. My daughters calculator sustained damage to the front screen while the protective hardcase was on it. Casio refused to replace the part or supply any form of solution . The calculator was bought on 02/09/20. It’s not even been a month yet. And they sell it with 3 years warranty Guarantee. Terrible company

Definitely love this watch. The colors are great and fun. Specs are great!! It's easy to clean too, the material of the strap is plastic.

Scammers , they only care about their own interests and their money increase , don't care about customers.
For the repair of a watch that is only two months old and is not damaged externally , but internally , they wanted from me £55 for the repair .
To clarify the matter , I sent a letter to Court for attempted fraud.
Don't look ate low price , the problem begins when there is a manufactured issues

Watches are great but had a problem with one of my expensive G-Shock watches with the battery stopping after 13 months. Instructions say should last for 2 years with medium use. I don't wear the watch often and when I do I don't have 3/4 of the features so I'm not pushing buttons to wear the battery life down. All I can assume is it was sitting in the warehouse for a while before I got it!
I had to pay for a replacement battery and it wasn't that expensive but it was the principal that it didn't last long at all. The timing wasn't so good either as I was due to fly out to USA in 8 days and when I called they advised it would take 7 days to fix/return. So I sent it by guaranted delivery and it took them 2 days to just book my watch in. They then said it would take 7 days from when they booked it in, then when they called back in 2 days they advised it was inspected and confirmed it needed a new battery so it had moved to another team and was told it would take 7 days from that time. But.....I did get my watch back the day before I flew out so it was great that I did get my watch back in time but they really need to improve customer relations as timescales quoted were way over the initial conversation with them. Also when I expressed frustration over the phone when advised "7 days" by more than one team none of the Casio representatives really cared.
Yes I am happy with the watch but their warranty customer services teams are not good. Hopefully I never have to send a watch there again.

I bought the first one 2002, all are pretty and still works fine till now. I keep every old model in my save.five stars are not enough.

My wife loves this watch (Casio Women's LRW200H Watch). She has been looking for a simple watch to run, work, and do life with. She is very satisfied. The watch is small, lightweight, and comfortable. It is also easy to clean.

edifice watch support - the watch lost its hands setting after 2.5 years but the UK casio support was awesome - they talked me through the reset procedure over the phone and waited until it was all working perfectly - great backup . V impressed - and totally LOVE the solar power watch

Purchased a MW5610RB limited editon.

This is the model with atomic time keeping and the solar charge. Really easy to set up. You can set the time manually or let the watch do it's thing. You do need to be near a window to get the initial signal for the atomic time keeping though, although this only takes a few minutes.

The negative display isn't as easy to read as a conventional display but looks much cooler! When using light on auto it only lights up for about 1.5 secs...Maybe there is a way to change this?

Also the delivery! Parcelforce didn't leave a tracking number, or text or call.... Ended up having to chase and collected watch a week later from the post office. To be fair the team at Casio were helpful

Bought two G -Shock watches over the last 2 years.

Watches are good. BUT, Casio support is beyond terrible. Will never buy a G-Shock watch again just because of the service.

Super happy with my experience with Casio Gshock, received an email telling me a watch was back in stock... made purchase got 10% off and it came the very next day! Very pleased with my purchase. Can’t speak any higher of Casio!

Got my Casio MTP-1219 for 6 years and they're still working excellently! Btw, I've changed the battery only twice!
