The polo shirts I received did not match the material advertised on the website. I contacted the company to raise the issue, and they asked me to send photos. I did exactly that.

Since then? Nothing.

I have followed up four times and been completely ignored.

A company that can take your money but can’t be bothered to respond when there’s a problem is not one I would trust or recommend.

Misleading product description and disgraceful customer service. I gave them every opportunity to resolve this and they chose to ignore me.

One star is generous. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

Appalling. Took my money quickly enough, then promptly shipped 4XL polos rather than the 2XL that were ordered. The original order was correct, the picking (which look like it was from China) was wrong. Several emails asking either that they either correct their mistake and reship, or arrange a refund, have gone unheeded. If you choose to order from them, do so assuming the risk that it they mis-deliver you'll be unable to secure an exchange or refund.

Recieved the wrong products and couldn’t contact them because the never replied to my e-mails! Never had my refund and now I’m stuck with things I never wanted to buy!

I ordered a bag in April, and still not arrived. I asked for a refund and they have not replied. SCAM COMPANY

I ordered 3 shirts which 6 weeks later are still to be delivered. No response to numerous emails. I also requested a refund but again, n o response. I would avoid this company completely.

After waiting a long time to receive my order, the 3 shirts I received are not the right size. I had contacted the customer service twice with no reply. Don’t buy Cayden.

Placed order for 3 shirts on 17 May 2026. The status varies from received order and getting it reday, to appologies for the delay, to delivered and then back to received your order. Today is 26 June. It's more than a month ago and Cayden still doesnt have the decency to update me after numerous emails requesting an update. I have now requested a refund, but good luck to me as they dont even respond to a status updates let alone a refund.

Scam company. Sizes are ridiculous 4XL maybe is a large , The products are shipped rom China and poor quality. Please don't be fooled by the 5 star trust. Pilot at the top their page - it is fake too.

I would strongly advise avoiding Cayden. I ordered a shirt from them, it's a cheap mass produced item nothing like advertised and the size is completely wrong—it is easily two sizes smaller than expected. To make matters worse, it arrived with absolutely no official branding or badging. It was completely unlabelled and looks like it was returned by someone else before being sent to me.
I have tried to contact their customer services to get a refund, but there is no clear refund policy to be found and getting a resolution is proving impossible. Save your money and shop elsewhere their business model relies on making returns too difficult to bother with.
Since customer service is ignoring me I'm not wasting any more time and contacted my credit card company to initiate a charge back, the merchant is refusing to co operate or provide a return path.

We purchased a mans t-shirt it arrived and packaging was covered in dye, when my husband removed it from packaging it was everywhere! Defective and wrong size. We contacted Cayden Official for a refund and return instructions. They responded quickly but passed it to another department. We have never heard back from them since. Bunch of con artists. My advice do not buy from them. Poor quality products. Bad customer service.

The clothing is absolute garbage. Thin, see-through material. The sizing is small and when I tried to send them back you cannot get a hold of anyone. Would not recommend anyone spending money here.

I ordered 3XL, I received C10. It is at best an L or XL. The shirt is VERY TIGHT. It should hide my dadbot, but it only accentuates it. Ihave sent an email to the seller via their email, after 5 working days still no response.
I have to return the goods if dissatisfied, wuthin 30 days. Cannot find a returnadress on the website.

Super shirts, but how do i exchange them to another size. Hard to find that info on your website.

EDIT: Absolutely NO respons on several mails etc about this. So now I have 3 t-shirts, who are 2 smalle, and no help from this company = 1 star 😞

Bad quality. Sold as premium leather but not! It comes from china! Many e-mails sent without any answer! Don't have trust on them!

The holster is of great material, it is also comfortable and very useful!

Took 16 days to get to Canada. Tracking was sporadic at best. I did get exactly what I ordered though and they're pretty sweet. I was also a little grumpy with the customer service staff initially because they couldn't supply a tracking number but they were very nice.

The item is very beautiful and practical. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max with a protective case, and it still fits perfectly in the outer pocket. The shop owner is friendly and genuinely helpful, supporting me to receive the item quickly. Everything is great, and I really like the leather quality of the bag as well. Since buying it, I’ve been wearing it almost every day. Love it

My name is Harold Stader, I like the holster very much but and small detail the outside phone pocket needs to be bigger, wider and thicker for phone that have protective cases on them, I have a protective case on it and it won't fit, but I stick it inside the pocket, other than that, it's perfect, when I get some more money I'll probably order another one, i like black.
