I really enjoy my visits to CC’s they have everything me and the Mrs need in one place. Always high quality and the latest stock. We travel quite far but it’s worth the trip! Wish they had one in every city.

Almost 2 months ago I have bought some crochet extentions they sent me the wrong colour then lied stating they called me and I was OK with the colour they don't have my number a big fat lie no apology I asked for several days for a return address finally got it I paid to return it and a month later begging for a refund don't buy from these people

No leaking, no damaged bottles, just clean and tidy presentation from the moment I opened the box.I also really appreciate how they only stock genuine, high-quality products. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other shops, receiving expired or questionable items, but never here. Everything feels fresh and legit. The shipping was fast too. Awful packaging
I ordered a gift for Christmas. The gift arrived packed in an old battered box and because of the way the gift had been stuffed in, the product packaging was all ripped and scuffed - not great when giving as a gift. I am all for recycling packaging but it should still be packaged properly. Definitely will not be ordering from this Company again.

We have already sent you an email explaining the situation, and it is disheartening to see a negative review despite our clarification. The item you ordered is a wooden box with an attached cardboard covering, and during the busy Christmas period, some minor exterior wear can unfortunately occur during transit.
Your initial concern seemed to be about our use of recycled packaging, which we do to reduce waste and be more environmentally responsible. We understand that gifting requires presentable packaging, and we will take your feedback into account for future improvements. However, if absolute perfection in packaging is a priority, we always recommend purchasing in-store to ensure there is no risk of damage in transit.
Our team worked tirelessly throughout the Christmas season to ensure timely deliveries for all our customers, and we’re disappointed that the focus of this review is on minor packaging imperfections rather than the overall service and product quality. We always strive for the best experience for our customers, and we hope you’ll reconsider shopping with us in the future.

I was skeptical of this company at first after ordering an items and seeing the reviews. However, despite myself living in Hong Kong it only took 9 days for shipping to arrive to my apartment, Package was pleasantly packed and was well. Only con is that customer service hasn't replied since day 2.
