Denne shop har den absolut højeste pris jeg nogensinde har betalt for at returnere et produkt.

Jeg bestilte et par jeans til 675kr. Jeg kunne ikke li' fortet, og ville derfor returnere. Det koster så 110 kr at returnere!!! Det er mere end dobbelt så dyrt som en normal returnering. Virker suspekt og som en afpresning for at minimere antallet af returneringer.

Bukserne var fine, og leveringen var rimelig hurtig (ca. 1 uge). Bukserne havde dog en meget kemisk lugt, men whatever.

Ik kan niet beginnen te beschrijven hoe positief verrast ik ben door de customer service van Cest Normal. Ik had 2 dagen voordat de wintersale werd aangekondigd voor een aardig bedrag aan kleding besteld op hun site. Ik moet zeggen; ik voelde me aardig genaaid. Ik stuurde daarom, meer als grap dan wat anders, dat ik het erg jammer vond dat ik niet tijdens de sale had besteld maar dat ik de volle mep moest betalen.

10 minuten later; krijg ik een mailtje terug van Zuzanne van Cest Normal. Zij verteld mij:

We hebben de kortingen toegepast op je bestelling en je zult het verschil in totaal bedrag (+/- 80 euro) binnen 3-5 werkdagen terugkrijgen.

Bizar, ik had nooit verwacht dat een bedrijf dit zou doen.

Poor quality of senakers and jeans

Jättesköna kläder i bra kvalitet, men beställde ett par byxor i uppenbar loose fit och fick skinny fit. Jag vet inte om det var något felskick eller inte då kundsupporten är riktigt dålig. Returnerade jeansen direkt helt enligt deras instruktioner, men har tre veckor senare fortfarande inte fått några pengar tillbaka. Då de inte svarar på mina mejl, annat än något standardsvar, och då jag inte fått tillbaka pengarna så kommer jag dessvärre aldrig handla hos dem igen. Synd då kvaliteten på kläderna kändes bra.

Ordered a pair of jeans for €99 and the button at the top of the jeans broke an hour after wearing them. They refused to repair or replace the item and offered 20% back so I could repair them myself. Insane customer service strategy.

I bought the bikini top in size XL and it was seriously the smallest size XL I’ve ever seen. It was truly like an XS. Their sizes are non-inclusive and if you have a C-cup or bigger, then I would definitely not recommend getting a bikini from this brand as it will not even cover half of your boobs. It also took them 2 weeks to reply to my e-mail about this.

I bought the original sneakers but after a month of normal use and only one wash they started to separate from the bottom to the rest of the shoe, so I asked if this was normal. And they immediately sended me a new pair and a discount code to make up for it.
So very happy with the customer service

Bought a Mystery Box size M. Got a sweatshirt size M/L which was to big, asked the support if there was any chance to change. Was no problem and they answers and sent the new clothes the same day. Super quality clothing also!

I recently purchased a pair of the Always pants. I recieved my parcel within a week but wanted you return it because it was completely see through and missed a botton. My pants costed 299 NOK and the shipping fee was 169 NOK. I went online to start the refund process and there were very little information about the process or the cost of it. It said that it costed 230 NOK to return my pants. I asked support for some support, but after having to resend the email due to no response in two weeks, i got this response back: «i am sorry, we cant help you with this😢». I simply asked if they could help me with the refund process and how much it would cost. If i return my pants, it seems like i only get a refund of 70 NOK. This is not a refund, this is a scam and highly unproffesional considering that this is an online business in 2024.

I bought The Rain Jacket. Wore it now for two days. I'm in Ireland and we have a couple of true sayings. Let's say you don't like the weather. We say "wait five minutes it will change. The other saying we can have four different seasons before breakfast. The first day I wore The Rain Jacket with the ultimate vest over the Rain jacket. Later walking along the cliffs above Howth Ireland. The weather changed from mild and chilly to a hard mist with bursts of hard blowing rain and temperature of 6 degrees. So I put The ultimate vest on first and then the rain jacket. Worked fine and I noticed there was no clamy feeling... I admit I'm not a collector of responsible behavior. But the opposite. I'm the guy sailing the 18foot Hoby Cat off Scheveningen beach in Holland in a force 7. Or imagining my 250cc 40year old Zudapp can climb any mountain. My point is : I trust the Ultimate Vest and the Ultimate Raincoat with my well being. Go for it and your fate will tell you the answer.

I had an issue with my winter jacket from cestnormal but one of the pocket got a hole in it. I contacted the customer support that presented a solution the very next day (I spoke with Andra, I would recommend him/her to anyone) which then resulted me in ordering more products (the hoodie & sweatpants) and the quality is outstanding. If there is one thing I'd ask from cestnormal is keep the quality standard for all your products roughly the same, as it stands right now there can be quite a discrepancy between the products in terms of quality. I can highly recommend the winter jackets, knitted hoodie & sweatpants. Some other products are lacking in quality for the asking price.

Excellent quality on the clothing and the customer support are really quick and professional.

Ordered new Lunar collection for my boyfriend bday. Recieved email said its gonna take 7 weeks. No information about it before complete the order. Okey. But after week and smth I got my payment back to my account. Asked directly on instagram whats happening. Answer was that support team will get back to me. Its been a week since message and still no answer. Dunno what to think about you guys.

Had a question related to one of my orders and the service couldnt been more of a love story. Quickest answer, best service ever, now even more in love with this brand!
