Website is a joke
Email me on the day my product was supposed to arrive saying it’s out of stock even though they’ve already taken all my details and card details. Why is it on the website if it is out of stock? Absolute joke

TERRIBLE Customer Service.
I tried 5 TIMES placing an order with different credit cards, all of them were rejected. I only got an email saying the order had been placed but then (coincidentally all of them were sent the next day in the morning) got an email saying the payment didn't go through, even though I called my bank and they said the money was withdrawn from my account.
Terrible customer service.

My order never arrived, when i called they said they lost my order due to loads of work (3 calls in between, and waiting for champion costumer service contact me, like they said they would). In my last call they said that they were sorry but needed to place a new order, funny is I went to their website an out of stock on the t-shirt that my daughter specific wanted and her size, so i will say sorry to her when Christmas comes, giving her the same excuse they said to me (loads of work).
Champion should be ashamed how they treat the costumers specially is not a cheap brand.

Terrible customer service
Ordered a product. Got sent an email to say the order had been received. No delivery, no further emails, no communication at all, and then when I phone up, apparently, the order had been cancelled due to being out of stock. No communication to say this had happened at all. I call that awful customer service.

Fits exact. Only thing to note is that when putting it on, a lot of lint from the hoodie gets trapped in your hair etc.
