Five star service
Although buying a property is never easy, Tom truly made the entire experience smooth and successful for me.
He is an excellent communicator, always attentive and responsible in following up on every detail throughout the process.
Whenever I had a question or encountered an issue, all I had to do was send Tom an email—and he would always respond promptly and help me find a solution.
Of course, other colleagues were also great and worked closely and efficiently with Tom. I highly recommend Tom and the team without hesitation.

THE BEST estate agent in Oxford!
We really appreciate Tom Houlihan's ability to skweez us in on a property viewing on a Friday evening. Communication was great. He was very forthcoming about the state of the property and the circumstances around the sale. Tom was very professional and easy to talk to, and overall we had a very positive experience.
