Fast and helpful answers to important questions and request.

This company is very good at letting your property. After that, the trouble starts, with money retained by them for no discernable reason, hectoring (and illiterate) emails, and generally a very high-handed attitude to customers. At present they are holding over £600.00 of my (and my wife's) money for no given reason. I can't really recommend them.

From the outset , Joanne and Carys from Chancellors came to our house and sat with us, to discuss our needs. Where as others just wanted to look at the house, give a value and go. The professionalism showed immediately, these people know their trade very well, and are able to give the best advice.
For some personal reasons we were unable to move, but they fully understood this and made things very easy for us.
During the time the house was up for sale, the local staff worked hard and Carys at Llandrindod office was permantly enthusiastic and helpful. Overall just a good professional company to work with.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Lowri while viewing properties. She was approachable and genuine, and the viewing was enjoyable and stress-free. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and Chancellors were quick to follow up and answer all of our questions about the property before moving forward.

Trying to get hold of Chancellors was difficult - wasn't massively impressed.

However, once i managed to get hold of the office and speak with Chloe. She's been amazing. Really informative, made me feel like she really knew her knowledge on properties, the market etc. All questions asked were given a very quick answer too. Very much look forward to working with her too hopefully find my first house.

Sasha, listened to several issues we needed sorting, went away and got things sorted. Some were able to be felt with very quickly, some needed more time and investigation.. on all counts Sasha kept us informed, took action where necessary and managed things through to conclusion.. a few more bits are with trades to sort but it’s nice to know issues are being sorted and Sasha has taken ownership and responsibility for everything. Great job!!

Rented a house through Chancellors, very friendly and professional service, always helpful when any issues reported.

Chloe was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. She was able to answer most of our questions and got back to us the next day with answers to those she couldn't answer. We were a bit late getting there but Chloe was very understanding. She was very professional.

Extremely poor service. Waited months for a return of our deposit after being lied to about when a claim could be made. Consistently poor service during tenancy also. Would not recommend!

He was extremely kind and welcoming with a great attitude. He was also very smartly dressed and very clean and presentable. And also answered all the questions that i needed to ask very confidently.
