Received two offers for the full asking price within a week of putting the property on the market. Apart from a few minor setbacks the whole process was smooth and efficient. Exchange of contracts and completion took place 12 weeks later, which was pretty good considering the Xmas and New Year holidays in the middle.
Throughout the process the St Johns Wood Sales Team (Dean, Sacha and Ian) were in frequent contact, providing advice and updates, and acted professionally at all times.
