Amazing stress free service, would highly reccomend!
Our estate agent, Roy, was amazing, he proposed a property to us we hadn't even considered that was a perfect match, he considered and perfectly aligned our requirements with properties he had available, he was always open to answering any questions we had and made the whole experience stress free. This company left me and my family in the street. Telling me what movement date is delayed just 10 days before. No compensation or discount. I do not recommend this company.

The agent that dealt with my search requirements was very quick in providing me with details of 3 apartments that met my specifications. He arranged viewings to fit in with my schedule, arrived on time and provided all the answers to my questions. Very easy to communicate with. Excellent customer service.

Everyone I dealt with at the Staines Branch were lovely. Lucy, Jamie, and Annalise were all wonderful to deal with and I would like to say thank you very much for a very efficient service. Jamie was exceptionally helpful in dealing with a very long chain and I really felt supported.

I've been on a lookout for a pet friendly property for months, with no luck and since I was looking to move for the first time, I didn't really know what to do either. Thanks to the expertise of the Chansellors agent Roy Payne, I am now about to move in to my new flat, together with my beloved pets.

Annalise was fantastic
Annalise was fantastic! In a difficult time such as COVID 19, she was very patient and supportive to show us the properties we had in mind. She answered all the questions we had, followed up on other viewings we wanted to explore before narrowing the search. She went extra miles and offered to show us again places that we had shortlisted. Totally recommend working with her as she is trustworthy, has great people skills making sure she understands your requests without being pushy! Give it a go, you may find your next home with her ;)
