I had a house viewing with Serena Provenzano from the second we met outside the property she made me feel at ease. She answered all my questions with a smile on her face. It was a great viewing thank you for your time

After a slow start, partly due to the economic situation and changes in staff at the branch. We finally got a member of staff looking after us that understood our circumstances. Although new to the position she took onboard any criticism and has developed into a first class agent. After 4 months we finally had an offer that was acceptable, and since then she has stayed in touch keeping us up to date with how things are progressing.
Viewings were always conducted professionally and on time.
