We've had an amazing experience with Chartwell Funding. I cannot thank Dan enough for getting us a great deal for our mortgage and for understanding our circumstances. Dan's communication has been excellent through this whole process and has reassured us on several occasions. In addition, Charlie communication has helped along the process too. Also recommend, Jordan for sorting life insurance out for us. Jordan found us a great deal which covers our need. Jordan spoke to us with great kindness. Can not thank simon and star enough ! Honestly I thought i wouldnt get a mortgage but simon got an acceptance in principle within 1 hours. Then star pushed the paperwork not far from a week after I sent all documentation.

Tristan and Josh have worked extremely hard to get our application processed and approved, as first time buyers myself and my fiancé were in the dark on the processes of buying a home, however before us even viewing properties, we had endless amounts of help and guidance from Tristan which really has made the first part of the process really simple for us. It is nice to deal with a company that has such a professional competency in their field. We have also been speaking with James about life insurance, again, his advice is fantastic, no pushy sales, just clear information so we are able to make a decision on our own, we also appreciate the access to products which we may not be able to get without the assistance of an insurance broker.
