We received a faulty item. My son noticed it within 10 minutes of playing (just after tracked delivery). The fault is a manufacturing one with the seal on the squishie not complete. I sent a polite email with a photograph of the misformed seal a short time after the parcel was delivered (less than an hour). The owner can see that the item had just been delivered. I received a speedy response but was subjected to a barrage of abuse and called names. The shopholder then posted my personal data on Instagram out of some sort of misguided “revenge”.
Thankfully it was not an expensive item so it’s not worth pursuing further but I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am truly shocked! Such bizarre behaviour.
Updated: I think the response from the business person says it all. Very aggressive and unprofessional. Despite not engaging further, I received further abusive emails at 4am this morning.

I wasnt going to respond but a defamatory review is not acceptable. Yes you sent me a picture and said there was a problem I responded that because I could clearly see it was played with unfortunately I would not be refunding as per refund policy. Items inspected upon delivery UNPLAYED with can be refunded however as your picture showed a cloudy dirty with hairs on toy I said sorry no refund as its clearly played with. This upset you and you maintained it had not been played with at all. After much back and forth over this fact that you wouldnt accept yes in a moment of frustration not revenge as an autistic person with strong sense of justice that couldnt believe you were so angry at me and saying i was making accusations I posted on instagram a cropped zoomed in pic of toy and stupidly said my customer { i said name} has asked for a refund stating its unplayed with why do customers do this? I guess in that moment I was frustrated as wed had several emails with denial of this fact I wanted someone to say I wasnt crazy, but it was deleted as fast as it was uploaded with 0 views. Now your here openly admitting to it being played with im in disbelief because that denial yesterday led to the whole issue of our exchange. You maintained it was fresh out box, I maintained that was nonsense as pics clearly showed different, you wouldnt accept this and actually made a personal comment about me! I never called you a name ever in emails, never abused you at all I just wouldnt back down on what I knew and now youve confirmed to be the truth that it was in fact played with. I cannot share the emails to prove my innocence but know trustpilot have a team I can legally send them to to defend defamation. But as youve now admitted what I originally told you which is toy was played with you are still not entitled to a refund. If only you had admitted this yesterday the whole issue would have ended in 2 emails. Your review has been screenshot incase it is edited so I can defend my defamation with trustpilot. Great experience
I was looking for specific fidget toys that I couldn’t find anywhere else online and cherrylunas came on a search engine search. I was a little anxious about ordering from an unknown company due to previous bad experiences but I wanted to write this review to say that my anxiety was totally unfounded.
The items were dispatched rapidly and arrived via 48 hour tracked mail. The items were exactly as described and we loved the extra gifts that were added to the order. Good products which including find elsewhere.

Thankyou so much for your review x Rose ive some lines of needoh due may and then some sept everywhere is trying to get stock theres only one supplier of official needoh in whole of uk so were all under their import timeline. Rest assured im securing what stock i can but some lines are no longer being imported at this time. Seems they went viral uk and usa again so hard to get constant shipments. Hope this helps.

Soft toy frogs
