Defo not worth the money
Been on this site for two months now, and nothing, constantly giving me opportunity to far away who really wants a childminder 4/5/6 miles away, and then when im on the search bar for parents within a mile distance they have not logged on in months,for £25 a month, in this climate, Is a massive waste of money, which I don't see me making it back as a childminder on this this.very disappointed, think iv give it just one more month.

Many parents are happy to travel for a professional and experienced childminder and often use a childminder near their place of work, rather than their home.
You have written 10 Trustpilot reviews for various organisations and 100% of your reviews are rated 1-star. You've either been very unlucky or something isn't quite right.
If you are a customer, we'd recommend you don't "just give it one more month" and suggest you cancel your subscription immediately.

Our Daughter Loves Kajal!
We’re really happy with Kajal as our daughter’s childminder. She is very warm, friendly, and makes the children feel comfortable straight away. The morning warm-up sessions are a lovely touch and help the kids settle in nicely and start the day feeling relaxed and happy.
The food Kajal provides is amazing, especially the Indian vegetarian meals. It’s always fresh, healthy, and our daughter really enjoys it, which is a big plus for us.
Kajal also plans fun activities and keeps a great balance between play and learning. We always feel well informed about our daughter’s day, which we really appreciate.
Overall, Kajal is caring, reliable, and genuinely great with children. We feel lucky to have found her!

Great platform
Great platform. Been with them for 4 years. They do some excellent webinars, straight forward to use, you can easily upload all your documents and chat to care givers with messaging. They also offer insurance for nannies and you can get regular updates of who has viewed your profile if you are interested in certain jobs.

It's wonderful to hear that you think our service is good.
We respectfully disagree with your subjective opinion that the sum of £16.99 for 2 weeks gold membership is ridiculous.
On the contrary, we believe it to be incredible value for money. The minimum term is just 14 days and the price includes 20% VAT, plus we have to pay transaction fees of up to 30% to our payment facilitators such as Apple and Google.
We've been in business for over 15 years and have spent tens of millions of pounds developing our platform and marketing it, to attract over 3.5 million members.
There are many ongoing costs associated in the operation of our platform and we have staff and other significant overheads. There's a lot going on behind the scenes to keep our service a safe and secure place for our community.
Gold membership includes benefits worth over £6000 and it was wonderful to see that you took advantage of our £10m public liability insurance scheme and other benefits such as Childcare Discounts which gives discounts at high street shops, online stores and supermarkets.
We also offer Silver membership which starts from £9.99 including VAT and includes most of our core features.
If you wish to remain a gold member for longer periods, we have other subscription plans that work out even cheaper, such as the yearly plan which is the equivalent to just £3.20 + VAT per week.
