Fantastic service, affordable designer clothes
Found children salon when searching for boys clothing on google and was very pleased. I ordered late in the evening, and they sent dispatch notice same day and then clothes ordered arrived the next day via DPD.
Parcel was beautifully packaged and the clothing is perfect for my sons prom. Affordable designer clothes.

Exceptional service
I have placed loads of orders from children’s salon and each time I am amazed at the service. Delivery is super quick and the product selection is amazing. I recently had to do a return for the first time due to a brand’s shoe sizing and the whole returns process was really easy and fast. I would highly recommend - I think it’s the best online shop for kids!

package missing and would not give a refund back!!! shipper sent money to them and still they would not refund them . making trouble with me and adding a lot of stress on me. placed plenty of orders with them over the years and used to love the website, not any longer. they are big stealers!!!

As we discussed, UPS has previously closed the investigation as they could not get hold of you.
However, we have reopened the investigation and submitted all the document that UPS need for the investigation.
I’m sorry this has taken longer than expected but UPS could not carry on with the investigation as they needed to speak to you as part of their procedure.
As promised, we are working with UPS and will pick this up early next week with you.
As we are based in the UK, we rely on UPS in the UK to let us know about follow-ups with their colleagues in the USA, due to the time differences this can sometimes cause short delays with our return communication back to you.

Absolutely excellent customer service…
Absolutely excellent customer service from start to finish. I ordered the wrong size for my son and they exchanged them within a few days. The new shoes came but were also tight. i spoke with Cazz and Lena outside of normal working hours on chat and both were extremely helpful trying me to find another pair of shoes in his size. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would use them again

I've been reading some of these reviews and there laughable, people ordering stuff for events then trying to send them back then leaving bad reviews because they have clearly used them and tried to return them 🤣 I've been using childrensalon for over 3 years now and I've spent 1000s togging my little girl out. There an amazing company who go above and beyond for there customers. Everything I have bought are brand new and 100% genuine. Hassle free returns and exchanges, the customer service is always 100% satisfactory. My latest buy was a pair of Michael kors trainers and a pair of angel face aviators and I couldn't be happier with my purchase ❤️ I would highly recommend this company to everyone

Worst customer service experience
I’m from Canada and I bought a shoe to get express shipped to me because my son had an event . I was given the measurements by a customer service representative. I paid for express shipping and even paid COD when the item got to my house. After opening the shoe it was 2x as big for my sons feet, I immediately started a exchange form, upon trying to send it back it was costing 2x as much $216 just to send back the item. I reached out to customer service via chat and the representative told me there is nothing they can do to help because they do not cover return cost. Now I’m stuck with a shoes that my son can not wear because it is way too big and without a shoes for the event that he needed it for 😡😡😡

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service, after an issue with delivery Lauren was superb and arranged redelivery straight away, only to find the original package had been delivered to a neighbour (DPD didn't leave a card).
Excellent service and we bought for my sons wedding couldn't of been more helpful, would thoroughly recommend and will definitely shop again.

Outstanding company
Have bought a number of items and each time the service and delivery is the best experience we have had of internet shopping. Products are great - some may say a bit pricey but quality is great and "you get what you pay for". Used the free returns service once to swap an item for a larger size and it could not have been easier and quick.
All round an impressive and faultless experience.

Really impressed! I’m in the UK and wanted to send a gift back home to New Zealand, for a baby shower. The package took about 1 week to arrive to their door and the gift wrap was really cute as well. Totally recommend and will be using again in the future. Thanks!

Hi, Please do not buy anything from this shop because they are fraud. They scammed me too as I paid 124 pounds for a bag and because of their insecure shipment(DHL) process ,I didn't receive the product. The courier service team were very rude too.

Overall well impressed
My first time ordering something from Childrensalon and I couldn't be more impressed. Quality as expected bearing in mind what type of clothes they're selling, but what has impressed me the customer service. After placing the order the item dispatched has been returned by the carrier without tryin to deliver (weird) I've noticed as I checked the tracking and got in touch with their customer service-the query has been dealt with very quickly and professionally, new delivery scheduled from collection point, really impressed. Theres a lot of choise there as well, will definetly be ordering again !
