We ordered a set of wishbone dining chairs for Easter and were delighted with both the service and the quality. We will definitely be ordering again. they had great service and even followed up with a phone call to make sure that we were pleased with the product. definitely recommend.

I wished I had read reviews before I made a purchase! I ordered 2 cushions on 14th March 2024. I made an enquiry as to my order, by email 26/03/24 to which I received no reply and I rang 4 times on 28/03/24 but no one answered. I finally received an email on 30/03/24 to say my order had been posted. I eagerly awaited its arrival but it is now 11/04/24 and it has failed to arrive. I emailed the company again yesterday (10/03/24) and rang twice today (11/04/24) but no response to either enquiry. I will now have to pick this issue up with Barclaycard. As others have stated I do not recommend anyone to order from this company!

WARNING . Do not use this company. Do not buy from them. I ordered 4 wishbone chairs in October, realised the same day that they were too tall for the table. I cancelled the order immediately and was offered alternatives which I could only see from basic drawings. I confirmed cancellation of the order and to date am still waiting for a refund of nearly £900. By email, I was promised a full refund on a number of occasions as they know I have not received these goods. I am now having to go to the consumer ombudsman to retrieve my money and various other methods which is distressing and upsetting. No one answers the phone or responds to my emails. Beware of parting with any money with this company. It appears legitimate from the shop front but is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with.

I have given every opportunity for them to answer my emails and send back my money they have promised. I advised 4 weeks ago I would write a review on Trustpilot, they still haven’t even commented. They even messaged PayPal to say they were sending the money back so I did not pursue the resolution service as was expecting the refund. They know the system of how to keep money for goods they have not sent.
Look elsewhere for the items you wish to buy, this company is not what it loooks like in the surface.
I have tried every means to get in touch with them, even messaging the director via LinkedIn!
I am asking now on Trustpilot, Ciel Shop Interiors- please can you refund my money for goods not received. Thankyou.

Ordered a table costing £474 with 3-5 day delivery that was showing in stock but the company called to say the price had gone up and I needed to pay an additional £240 if I wanted it. I asked for my money to be refunded and despite an email saying it would be processed immediately, two weeks later and despite numerous emails and a phone call I have yet to get my money back. I am going to have to escalate my claim through Paypal and suggest you approach this company with caution.

I ordered 10 Rattan Riviera chairs for our new business and spent around £2300 in good faith as they stated they were in stock. I contacted them after a week to find out why they hadn’t arrived and was told they were out of stock? I’m livid, as a new business monies are tight and asked for a refund beginning of July 2022, the email they sent me said it was being refunded. They then tried to palm me off with different colours, but was adamant they didn’t fit our colour scheme. I have since received another email, stating our refund details…as of now we still haven’t received the refund and it’s hurting our business!! It is now with the bank to deal with and if not, legal action will be taken. I’m very disappointed in this company which is in our town. Shame on you for taking monies paid in good faith and then reneging on the refund !!

I bought a wonderful set of bar stools for our new kitchen, and so happy with the, stylish, modern and prompt delivery will be buying again, definitely recommend, thank you.

LEGAL PROCEEDINGS PENDING. Company won't return my money after agreeing to a refund. I purchased a wardrobe from Cielshop earlier this year but decided to return it. After a few exchanges, Cielshop agreed to refund my money on 23rd September 2021. Since then, I had received two notifications from Paypal stating that I was to receive a refund but a few days later I would receive notifications that the refunds were cancelled. After numerous attempts by Cielshop to "take care of it", the money has still not been returned. I therefore decided to issue a legal claim to recover my money and incurred further costs in the process. I don't know what's going on but they don't appear to be very legitimate. Please avoid just to be safe!
