Every time I have ordered with cigar hut, they have always delivered and shipped my order within the timeframe stated. I have not had a bad experience with them and don't think I will in the future. I've ordered from them since the beginning of covid and dont plan to stop.

after a few orders that went OK, I ordered and did not hear back. When I questioned this the told me the girl filling the orders was injured and they were behind. 6 weeks no more responses or cigars.

Cigars were torn and scarred around the labels, have taken a week to rehydrate and are still dry! They taste of sumatran filler but are the premium benchmark in the brand's nicaraguan cigars. Construction is dogwater and after emailing staff got blanked. There is no point shopping here - way too many places that are the real deal.

Whilst noticing several poor reviews on this site, I have been buying cigars online from Cigar Hut for several years now and my experience has been universally good to excellent. The orders are shipped immediately, have all arrived intact and correct. On one occasion a few boxed cigars were a bit stale but this was an exception. Otherwise, they were all in premium condition despite my purchases all being those on special. Cigar smoking friends of mine similarly attest to Cigar Hut's generally good service and quality.

As a paying customer, I expected premium cigars—not a biology experiment.

Unfortunately, the cigars I purchased from Cigar Hut arrived covered in mould, making them completely unusable.

I’ve tried reaching out to your team multiple times for a resolution, but it seems Cigar Hut has gone into stealth mode. No responses, no acknowledgment, just radio silence.

Selling mouldy cigars and then ignoring your customers is not just poor practice—they are dirt merchants.

Right now, Cigar Hut is looking less like a retailer and more like a cautionary tale. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your cigars.

I've shopped here for years. Now the checkout won't accept my existing logins. I've reset passwords and have run out of email addresses to start a new user login. No luck any which way.

Horrid, quality and service is terrible. It took over a week for them to actually post the item (not mearly lodge the tracking number) another week to reach me, then I get dry, rock hard cigars. Thanks.

If I order on Monday morning here in Melbourne, it arrives the next day 9/10 times. However they do it every other company should copy because imo they’re the gold standard. Ordered many times and only once has there been an error, a tiny one that was immediately rectified. Excellent service.
