They won't refund for a bad product

They won't refund for a bad product. Only option is store credit. Why would I want to purchase from them again?? Makes no sense. Don't waste your money like I did. Bad business practices. Wish I could give 0 stars.I saw nowhere on your website that says no refunds. Why is that statement not there? And how would you know that the product works correctly? Were you here to witness that?

Nice to see great customer service

My order from Cirilla's included a device that did not work. I was concerned that the return process would be challenging, and was pleased to find that it wasn't. The device was exchanged for a new, working model, and customer service was helpful. I find shopping with Cirilla's fun and enjoyable.

Great online ease and customer service

I ordered online for some things and items were if good quality. 2 items did not fit. 1 was a one size fits most and was way too small for me. The other was too big, the return process was also quick and easy! Excellent customer service too! Definitely will order again

I never got my package.

I never got my package. It supposedly arrived on October 15,2025. I was keeping track of it and everything, but it never showed up on my porch. I’m not sure if the issue lies within the postal service or what. But either way I am highly unpleased with my experience. I would be extremely appreciative if I could get my package or get a refund. Thanks.

This is my first time ordering online I think I rather go inside the store. I am more old fashioned. It wasn't bad this is just my thing. I did like the ring I got it kept me hard wasn't to tight it was just right. Order came with in a weeks time.

On the description it says it takes AA and it's actually takes AAA.
