I bought a hammer drill on eBay, which when I tried to use it the drill bits broke on first use, one drill bit snapped off and nearly caused an accident, so I sent them 3 emails before they got back to me and I gave them a bad review - they eventually offered to refund the money to me if I changed the review and gave them a good one , which I did but then they didn't give me the refund which they had promised & stopped replying to me - they even had the cheek to say that if they didn't refund me I could report them to eBay

One word scam bag company. Operating in uk market, shame of this company and also b&q who does sell for them.
Don’t buy any thing from b&q cause lots of this cisivis scam in their website.
I bought a grass trimmer. Cost me 51.99 and I can buy it half of that price from eBay and the quality is close to zero. I con by this cisivis but stop there business and don’t buy.,

Bought a cordless Multi-tool, used it very little.

Just over a year old when the contacts between the tool and the battery melted. Useless.

Very poor quality. Not recommended.
