I spoke with CDR about Feb 2024 and everything sounded great and looked great on paper. Fast forward 7 months and the bank has sent me to collections. I assumed CDR had failed to negotiate as I wasn’t kept up to speed of how things are going. After posting this, they reached out immediately and had come to a deal w the banks. Still waiting on a few other things, but my patience did pay off I will say.

Great experience...Evan is the best I reach out to this company a few weeks ago cause of my cc debt I did enroll and started working with Evan who explained everything to me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything. But a few weeks later I decided that I was goin to take another route I didn't want to do the program anymore. I CALLED Evan up to let him know.Evan was still Great he didn't pressure me he was very understanding and told they will still be there if I ever wanted to come back . What made my experience great was when Mr. Cousin made me comfortable in the process by giving me my information and allowing me to confirm it instead of asking for it. He spoke to me about the benefits of this program and how it would allow me to get back on track. The information provided was the icing on the cake. Way to go. I'm sold and I'm thankful.
