they steal people's money i booked my ticket with citybookers 08/03/2019 07:28:41 AM and they didn't provide my ticket and they took my money and later i fight with them then they give me ticket and later the flight was cancel and until now im waiting for my money if i send Email to then they didn't even reply me. please dont book any tickets from this website .....

Same thing happened to us, 4 of us.Please be aware of this online bookers “CITYBOOKERS IS A SCAM” I book my ticket last Jan. 19, 2019 for Etihad Airways and our flight was July, 29, 2019 going to Abu dhabi - Valencia Spain.
It was time to check-in our luggages then I found out that our ticket was refunded. I complain, who refund? why they refund without our confirmation or even send a message or email. I try to contact them how many times but phone is not available, website shutdown, under maintenance . The Airline told me they are not liable regarding for this matter because the flight ticket is refunded. I search and read the reviews of this company I found out the bad record for them.
They gave me emotionally, financially stressful as we booked 4 hotels for our travel and I feel that there is no chance to get back our money.
So guys please please .... don’t book a ticket from CITYBOOKERS you will lost your money.. really!

We were scammed from these people and we paid approximately 800 dollars from UAE for a flight ticket. We spoke to the bank and said to them that we got scammed and we paid this website and gave all the documents. And we got the Refund.

Please note if they say they will refund you in 30 days, its a lie. They will NEVER refund you.so If you want to get refund, go to your bank and tell them I paid for this scam ticket and they will ask for proof of purchase (from statement) and that you have requested refund from the company but they did not refund you. They will begin the process and hopefully will refund you.

Hope you get refunded.

I don't think this company is still existing. Every alternate day I tired to call, no response. Egyptian board of directors and staff. please if someone can complaint about this company, its a fake company who has cheated 10000000 of passengers.

Booked with this company to fly from Dubai to Budapest. Received confirmation. Due to fly in three weeks and decided to do last minute checks. Fly Dubai flight cancelled in May due to Boeing aircraft problems. They confirmed a booking had been made and a refund had been made to City Bookers after flight cancelled.
CityBookers flight has been taken offline and their contact number disconnects.
The one star rating is fully justified as many other disappointed customers can testify.

Very bad... i buy my family return ticket from Malaysia 10/05/2019 ... after 3 days they send email cancelation .. when i call them they said will refund my ticket in 30 days ... until now I still didn’t get any refund. Kd 421

Booked 2 Ticket last April 2019 for June 10 2019. My Uncle is in the City Terminal now for Check in and found out that there flight is Cancelled and the Money was refunded already. Their Flight is tomorrow early morning. And I am trying to call the Number and Check the website. It's a F****ng SCAM.
The flight is one way Ticket from Abu Dhabi to Manila.

I booked tickets for me and my family to travel from Abu Dhabi to Madurai (India), through citybookers website. I really don't know what these people did. It seems our tickets were cancelled and the money was refunded to citybookers by Srilankan Airlines. But there is no information from these people till now. Today I was just thinking of printing our tickets and keep them ready for travel. That time, I couldn't retrieve the tickets from airlines website. I got doubt and went to the airlines office in person and that time, they told me that the refund for the tickets was already made. I tried calling these fraudulent people, but no response. Also, I tried to contact them through email (at the time of booking the tickets itself), but no response. The airlines PNR number for your reference: ULQPZ2. I came to know from one of the posts in the internet that one of the victims like me got the money refunded, because of the support and action from DCAA (Dubai).
Kindly help (if anyone know any way) in getting back my money (AED 3590.89). It is really not good to lose money, for no reason to fraudulent people.

I had booked a ticket form citybookers site on 13th march to tranvel from Dubai To Kathmandu with reference Booking Number CB2186360 for Nepal airlines. . There it was mentioned that the ticket number will be confirmed within 24 hrs. I did not get any ticket number hence, i sent follow up mails and i made phone call to. I contacted to Islam Osam and Philip as mentioned below and he confirmed that my ticket is confirmed. After that i did not follow up as Osama assured that my booking is confirmed. After 18 days on 30th March name called Philip sent an email mentioning that my booking has been canceled due to some technical issues. Also mentioned that they will refund me back.
at the last moment they send mail of cancellation and refund. I had to book another ticket which costed me AED 1800.00 instead i could have booked my ticket in AED 1080 on 13th March.
That moment was really unacceptable. Still i trusted on city bookers waited for refund but nothing happened. I called several times and mailed several times but till now i have not received my refund.
I lost my money and time and had to arrange another ticket spending much money due to this Cheater City Bookers.
Friends Please please do not trust City bookes. They are fraud, cheater. They will take you money will not refund. They are running kind of Online Robbery Business.

I had booked a airline ticket through Citybookers.com on 25th March 2019, for my trip from Newyork to Dubai on May 20th. I booked online using my credit card and got a instant confirmation for AED 1781.00 The booking ID was CB2186941. I got a message that the e-ticket will be sent in 24 hours, then when I mailed them, got a reply it will be issued in 72 hours and then bluffing for each e-mail of mine. They gave a confirmation number - YHMECZ which was also fake one. I clarified my booking with my flight Azerbaijan airlines, who confirmed that there is no such booking in my name. Now I realised it's a fraudulent, fake and a scam website aided by KAYAK.AE search engine. I have contacted them several times but they keep replying the ticket is process. I was flying to US oon the May 1st but still no way to track Citybookers.com or get my refund. One after another some cheat keeps replying my e-mail, no way to contact them. All that I could do is to lodge a police complaint with Dubai police and nothing has happened as of now. After sending so many e-mails and no e-tickets issued by Citybookers.com, I had to book another ticket for my return ticket for the May 20th since I had to leave to the USA on May 1st. I didn’t want to enter the USA without a confirmed return ticket and face the immigration officials and get my entry rejected. Until then I have repeatedly requested them to provide me my refund since no ticket was booked by them. They didn’t reply for a while. Then, on the May 2nd , after I reached the USA, I got a surprise e-mail ( after 38 days of ticket booking and payment) from Citybookers.com an e-ticket for the same date ( May 20th) for which I have already booked another agent (while I was already in the USA). This was a big shock and another mental agony for me , since Citybookers have kept silent for more than 2 weeks neither writing to me or updating me. I was very much disturbed and I told them that I need my money back. Now, they started fooling again, saying I need to cancel the ticket and then the refund will happen. I wrote to them saying it is their fradulence that is responsible for all these confusion and chaos. Hence I need my full refund but they insisted that I cancel ticket. I told them to cancel since I already have another confirmed ticket. They said they will apply for cancellation and refund but nothing has happened so far. I got cheated by them again. I left the USA on the 20th May and so far no word again from them. This is a case of clear fradulence and a novel way employed by some unscrupulous travel websites and agents now. There is no end to their cheating even when some government agencies unable to end these fradulence. It is the poor innocent internet ticket bookers who are the great losers.

Remember, it’s not only the money lost but peace as well, bringing mental agony and stress. Please never ever book through Citybookers.com since I believe most of the names implicated resembles Egyptian names. Again I did read elsewhere that there is going to be another one who are going to open Citybookers.com (Egypt). Dear readers for heavensake don’t book through these scam agents and loose all your money from your credit card. AVOID CITYBOOKERS.COM AND KAYAK.AE . It's a scam which I came to realise after reading so many reviews on them from the internet.

My horrible experience with City Bookers - I booked my Dubai-Delhi ticket on 12th Feb (ref num CB2185347) for flight on 18th April and after reading issues with the Airline in newspapers (Jet Airways PNR: LTFLVI) I checked my PNR status on Jet website on 24th March and it was invalid!

Immediately I contacted City Bookers and Airline. On 2nd April Jet Airways sends me a mail confirming their approval for full refund and aays that they have informed agent about the same. Still City Bookers doesn't do anything. Since then, I must have send 15 emails to them reminding of the refund but no one responds from their side now.

They are based out of Kuwait and dont even have a international contact number. The case is very clear - they owe me full refund for my ticket. And I will not give up till I take that.

I booked a Multi City trip from Dubai .. and I got message that the money was deducted and they gave some fake reference number. I checked with the airlines who said its a fake number and that is not PNR.
then I got a call from CITYBOOKERS to send a copy of my credit card for verification , they says that they need it cos i may have "stolen" someone card.
Thats when i realized that this is a phony company and are trying to get more ...

I checked here and saw all reviews... I have contacted Dubai Aviation to help and its more than 1 month and they are not refunding

Dear friends, Pleaseeee do not book any flight tickets from City Bookers at all. Recently I booked ticket through there web and paid with credit card, got message that with in 24 hours will get the ticket, by registered email and nothing happened at all, even the airline PNR which was provided during booking, also invalid when I contacted airline. Even I sent several emails to city bookers for help, earlier auto reply came and never got ticket.!!!!!
Later I sent e complain to Dubai Civil Aviation consumer (Dubai Government) help line and got contacted with one of there team member and DCAA helped me to get my money back from citybookers.As I booked from and lived in Dubai Thanks God and thanks to DCAA consumer team.

As you know city bookers is Kuwait based company and they got telephone contact number too, so you have to call them and keep pressing extension# "3" and later line will be transferred to operator and some will reply....with humble and keep saying sorry...email technical issues etc, etc..but better you ask for your full return the money, they may say will issued the ticket before you fly.. :) don't ever listen them

Don't trust Citybookers they are number 1 cheating company. Stealing all pessagers money and not returning. Always put us on trouble. Don't buy tickets from them. Kindly complain in the Kuwait police. I am going to do that.
