CJ Bloor produced an excellent and detailed report for my first home purchase - that will continue to be my go to source of information for planning maintenance and improvements for the house.

I called CJ Bloor to discuss what features their surveys included. Michael explained the surveying practice to me extremely well - including how, for them, a RICS level 2 and RICS level 3 should really have the same level of thoroughness in the inspection - the difference is just for the complexity of the house (and for our house we only needed a RICS level 2). This chat was really informative and helpful.

Satjog was our surveyor and called me the morning of the survey to check if I had ang specific concern and then later that day to talk me through the report which was super helpful. The report itself was very detailed and a family member architect commented it was a good standard of survey and better than many seen over the years.
